LOVE Island hopeful Emily Dorrell splashed out £15,000 on surgery to get on to the ITV2 show after she was rejected four times.
The 27 year old has been desperately trying to secure a slot in Casa Amor in a bid to find love, and she has gone to the extreme in a bid to get recognised.
The single mum has applied to be on the programme for years, and her latest attempt saw her message Love Island's official Instagram account, which a producer replied to.
But the reply gave Emily hope and to boost her chances of entering the Spanish villa for the summer she decided to go under the knife.
According to Closer magazine, Emily underwent a boob reduction, as well as a breast lift, because she was a "size 14 with JJ boobs".
Emily also forked out thousands of pounds on a Brazilian butt lift at Serene Cosmetic in Marbella, Spain, which took six hours.
Emily carried out the major transformation because she claimed she didn't have the "skinny look", other Love Islanders have.
But the expensive cosmetic treatments were paid with savings she had set aside to put down a deposit on a house.
However, Emily believed her actions would be an "investment in my future".
And she had high hopes her appearance on the programme would "kick-start" her career and help her launch her own fashion line.
However, Emily's mother was not impressed with her decision.
She said: "My mum was furious and told me I was being selfish… I did feel guilty about leaving my son behind with Mum – but I thought I was investing in a future for us if it would bring career opportunities."
Despite her efforts to be a reality TV star, Emily has sadly not made it on the new series, which will start on June 3.
And she will remain in the UK over the summer while Curtis Pritchard, Amy Hart, Anna Vakili and Tommy Fury couple up with fellow housemates.
