As she joined the Casa Amor line-up it was revealed she was actually set to go on the popular Channel 5 show instead but turned it down at the last minute.

Shortly after her exit from Love Island she explained exactly why she turned her back on marriage.

Coco told Grace Keeling that she had been messaged by ITV to scout her for the show as she quipped that bosses "obviously thought she was fit".

She said: "They messaged me asking me to go on the show and I was actually in the running to do Married At First Sight which I'm sure people know.

"My mum wasn't really happy with me doing MAFS and she was like, 'Are you really going to get married to a stranger?' but I was really interested in doing it."

The bombshell added: "Then I went to see a psychic in Dubai and they told me not to pick the marriage show.

"As soon as I walked in they were like, 'You have two broadcasting opportunities and you should pick the one where you're in a bikini."

Coco confessed she was blown away by the comments as she chirped: "I was like, 'Right okay that's a bit weird that you know – how do you know that?' Then I came back and I just decided to choose Love Island and here I am."

The controversial islander entered the villa at Casa Amor and certainly turned heads and captivated the attention of her fellow islanders.

She was brought back to the main villa after coupling up with Andrew Le Page, though he soon found his way back to Tasha Ghouri after they both picked someone new at Casa Amor.

However, when the duo reunited Coco failed to find a new connection and was ultimately sent packing after a short stint on the show.

Coco has spilled the details of her time in Love Island on the Saving Grace Podcast, out now.
