Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) made a huge decision in EastEnders tonight (January 1), as he absconded with little Arthur.

Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) was horrified to discover that Arthur was nowhere to be found at No.31.

After some assistance from Kat (Jessie Wallace) in searching, she came to the conclusion that the young man must’ve done a runner with his son.

Therefore, she called Martin Fowler (James Bye), who was horrified to learn of what’s happened.

Little did he know, however, that Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) is the one behind the whole thing, after she paid Kush to abscond with Arthur in the hope that losing one son would make Martin want to have a baby with her.

Kush was later seen at a hotel with Arthur, and he pondered whether or not he’d made the right decision, as the little lad was seemingly upset after being taken away from his family home.

Meanwhile, Kat, Stacey and Martin searched high and low to no avail, and Martin later broke down — revealing how worried he is.

He took solace in the fact that, without a passport, Kush wouldn’t be able to leave the county.

Little did he know that Kush had just received a passport for himself and Arthur!

Will Kush get caught? If so, will he be jailed for kidnap in addition to all the other charges he’s facing?
