Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke wasn't holding back on Saturday night, as he took a cheeky swipe at his former dance partner Ann Widdecombe.
The duo had been paired together back in 2010, and performed a Titanic-themed routine together – eventually placing in sixth while EastEnders star Kara Tointon went on to scoop the Glitterball trophy.
This week, as Giovanni Pernice and Rose Ayling-Ellis took to the dance floor to perform a beautiful ballroom routine to an instrumental version of the Titanic soundtrack, Anton couldn't help reminiscing about his time on the floor.
Giving his comments at the end of the routine, he remarked: "I feel a bit emotional really because I remember dancing to Titanic on Strictly Come Dancing a number of years ago with Ann Widdecombe, and it didn't quite look the same as that, somehow!"
Presenter Tess Daly added: "Funny, that!" as the audience erupted into giggles.
"It was absolutely beautiful," Anton told Rose and Giovanni of their foxtrot.
As the pair managed to channel some raw acting emotion in their stunning routine, it definitely reflected the romance at the heart of Titanic.
Ann, meanwhile, has made her feelings towards Anton clear when Piers Morgan quizzed her over the rumours of the 'Strictly curse' which looms over the show.
Piers asked the former Conservative MP: "Did you ever get jiggy with Anton du Beke?"
But Ann quickly shut the ex-GMB host down, exclaiming: "Don’t be silly! The point is, he was in it for the dancing, I was in for the fun and relaxation and that is what Strictly is supposed to be about.
"There is no such thing, Piers, as The Curse of Strictly, it isn’t some hex that makes people behave that way, it’s their own lack of control," she blasted.
Speaking in December last year, Ann added: "He’s 20 years younger than me. Spare us Piers and stop talking rot!"
