Please pull up a seat and join me in wondering what the heck is going on with Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown’s relationship. Earlier this week, Tyler raised eyebrows when he deleted all traces of Hannah from his Insta, including a tribute he posted to her after their appearance on The Bachelorette finale (aka the episode where Hannah asks him out after dumping Jed Wyatt for being a cheater).
And while Tyler’s social media activities seem to signal that he’s moving on from Hannah, he’s still out here talking about the former Bachelorette.
In a new interview with Paper Mag, Tyler revisited the time when Hannah said that she didn’t want to sleep with him during fantasy suites, and he was totally cool with it. But rather than go into what it meant for their relationship, Tyler talks about how he was surprised by the fan response. He says, “She said that she didn’t want to have sex, and I was like, 100%. But the response to that was so big, which is scary…No is no. So it was just honoring her and being true to that. This should be normal. We should not even bat an eye at it.”
Tyler also adds that more men should be adopting this attitude of respect. “Men need to step up,” he says, “Men need to call each other out. That’s what I say my friends are good about: they have no problem calling me out on my shit. They’ll humble me quickly. I think we do need to keep each other accountable and humble each other.”
