Viewers ‘boycott’ CBB after accusing show of ‘turning a racist idea into a game’

Celebrity Big Brother’s latest game has sparked controversy after fans accused the show of "turning a racist idea into a game" over their own version of a ‘Trump wall’.

This has subsequently led some viewers to ‘boycott’ the show by refusing to watch the Channel 5 programme this evening.

CBB ‘s new game will be featured tonight and sees the housemates have to build a wall and scout it, ensuring that outsiders don’t steal a green card.

The show’s official Twitter account shared clips online, but fans were left fuming and hit out at the show for being "insensitive and offensive" and "making light of families being separated".

Flocking to the comments section underneath the video, one fan wrote: "Families being separated and the entire situation at the US border is a real funny and light hearted situation..yeah let’s make a game out of it. That’ll be fun. #SarcasmAlert."

While another lamented: "worst thing this show has done, I’m so disappointed."

A third remarked: "Yeah, I’m not watching this. Not cute Big Brother. From an American point of view, you’re very close to endorsing this piece of sh*t administration and their racist policies. #tunedoff."

"Unfollowed… This is disgusting. Idk how u all find this remotely humourous," a fan commented.

Another wrote: "This is insensitive and offensive. Poor taste, not funny. Not cool @bbuk ."

However others disagreed.

While another simply commented: "Omg I’m howling."
