VOGUE Williams has revealed she would SHAVE her and her kids heads if they ever got nits.
The Irish model, 36, admitted she'd prefer to be bald than have the tiny insects crawling around in her hair.
The Steph's Packed Lunch star said: "The day a child of mine arrives home with nits is the day I move to Ireland… ALONE!"
"I would have to shave my own head, I would have to shave the kids head, I wouldn't be able to stand the thought of nits in my head," theTV presenter said on the Spencer and Vogue Podcast.
A shocked Spencer, 33, replied: "You are insane, when you have nits, you put shampoo on your head that kills the nits and then you comb them out."
But a repulsed Vogue asked: "Oh god, having to comb them out and you can see them on the floor?"

The former Made in Chelsea star explained: "You can see them in the comb and you put them down the drain dead – you put shampoo in your head that literally annihilates them, they all die immediately.
"And then you comb them out of your hair and wash the brush."
A stunned Spencer exclaimed: "Shave your head, you wouldn't shave your head if you were given half a million quid."
Vogue added: "I would do it, who wouldn't."

It comes after the couple showed off their newborn son and revealed his name.
They opened up the touching inspiration behind the middle moniker.
The pair, who are already parents to Theodore, three, and Gigi, one, welcomed baby Otto last month.
The couple opted to name the sweet baby – who is said to be a "member of their gang" already – Otto James after Spencer's brother.
Vogue told Hello magazine about the name: "I heard somebody else's child called Otto a couple of years ago and the name always stuck.
"I just loved it. I think Otto James together sounds really cool."
The couple welcomed their son last month, and announced the happy news to their fans in an Instagram post.
Alongside the sweet snap of her children cuddling their little brother, Vogue said: "We are so happy to announce that our beautiful boy arrived safely on Monday evening.
"Bursting with love he is the perfect addition to our family."
Spencer also shared a snap of his two older children peeping into the newborn's crib, writing: "And then there were three…"
"None of my pregnancies have been the same," Vogue told OK! magazine last month after giving birth.
"I had very bad sickness with Theodore until 17 weeks. I was sick every day with Gigi until the day I gave birth.
"This pregnancy I was sick at the beginning, then it passed and I felt great and now it’s back again.
"Instagram is very much only a snapshot of my life. I’ve been spending a lot of time in bed the last couple of weeks, but it will all be worth it in the end, it always is."
It comes as Vogue teased that she would consider having a fourth baby if it was guaranteed to be a girl.
Vogue and Spencer married in June 2018 – in 2018 they revealed they had welcomed a baby boy into the world.
Less than two years later, in July 2020, the pair had another arrival in daughter Gigi Margaux.
