Rodrigo Alves has altered his appearance so much that he’s become known as the ‘Human Ken Doll’, but what did he look like before all that surgery?
The Celebrity Big Brother housemate has changed the way he looks so radically that you’d never be able to pick his before picture out of a line-up.
And it’s cost him a whopping £500,000.
Brazil-born Rodrigo was once a handsome fresh-faced lad with naturally brunette hair.
But after a host of procedures, including Botox, a nose job, lip fillers, a bum lift, and even having ribs removed, he looks very different these days.

Now, Rodrigo has a much thinner nose, plumped up lips and bleach blond hair.
His eyebrows are perfectly preened and he’s changed his eyes from a deep brown to light blue by wearing contacts.
One of Rodrigo’s most dramatic surgeries was having four ribs removed – all so that his blazers would fit better.
The 35-year-old said he was so sick of having to have his blazers altered so they’d fit perfectly that he had some of his ribs removed to change his shape.
He originally wanted SIX ribs taken out, but no doctor would do it.
Rodrigo began having plastic surgery in a bid to look just like Barbie’s boyfriend, Ken.
Since then, he’s had liposuction, a hair transplant, pec implants, and more.
He’s even hinted that he’ll have a sex change when he’s older saying he’d "rather be a sexy old lady than a saggy old man".
But he’s told people in the past: "Don’t judge me on my appearance. There is more to me than just how I look."
Rodrigo, who now has a 20-inch waist, said on This Morning earlier this year: "I visited three different doctors – two in Europe and one in America. They said I can only do four [ribs and not six as he wanted]. I chose the best doctor. I had the procedure. I’m very happy."
He had visited Dr Michael K Obeng in Beverly Hills to have the procedure.

Speaking about his transformation in 2015, Rodrigo said: "I do not like to focus on the past because it makes me feel upset.
"Growing up I felt left alone as no one wanted to be friends with me.
"Because of my body image and the fact that I was shy, I would shut myself away from social activities."
Rodrigo said the other boys at school would bully him for his ‘big nose’ and ‘large breasts’ by calling him "potato nose" and "jelly belly".
He added: "At the age on 16 or 17 I had my first plastic surgery to correct my chest, which I still have the scars of.
"I knew that I would go ahead with plastic surgery when I was the right age. My way to deal with it was to study hard and to be the best that I could be as a person."
