SAM Thompson entered the world of Made in Chelsea as his sister Louise Thompson's cheeky younger brother.
But he has certainly stepped out of his big sister's shadow since then.
Who is Sam Thompson?
Sam Thompson, 29, is a reality TV star who joined Made In Chelsea during the sixth series, back in 2013.
Like most of the cast, Sam had a privileged upbringing and attended the £28,000-a-year Bradfield College in Berkshire.
Sam moved into sister Louise Thompson's west London flat and was very much a side character on the show to begin with.
He even worked as Jamie Laing's Candy Kittens intern – doing menial tasks such as picking up his dry cleaning.
However, following a makeover and a new white pearly smile, Sam stepped out of the shadows and confirmed his place as a key character.
He had a tumultuous relationship with MIC co-star Tiffany Watson and he was also a fan favourite on Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity Big Brother 2017.
Sam has been open about his struggles with anxiety despite his exterior bubbly personality.
Who is Sam dating?
Sam is in a relationship with Zara McDermott.
The pair star together on Made In Chelsea and became an item in 2019.
Although they are going strong now, the pair have had a very on/off romance following cheating allegations.
However, the pair have managed to smooth things over and our now back living with each other.
Zara is a model and former Love Island Star who recently (November 24) just released a new BBC documentary which uncovers the 'rape culture’ in British schools.
Who has Sam Thompson dated before?
When Sam first joined MIC he tried, and failed, to romance Fran Newman-Young by cooking her a slap-up meal at Louise's flat.
Sam's ex-girlfriend Riley Uggla joined the show in 2014, for season 7 of the show, but left after the NYC spin-off series.
Lucy Watson's sister Tiff joined the show in 2014, during series 8, and immediately set her sights on Sam.
Cheating allegations about Sam broke the couple apart, but they later reunited.
However, in 2015 the couple split again – after Tiff admitted to sleeping with somebody else while on holiday in Thailand.
The couple got back together once more at the very end of series 10, but split over the summer when Sam bedded co-star Mimi Bouchard in Ibiza while the pair were "on a break".
In an exclusive for The Sun Online in 2017 Sam revealed that he is completely over Tiff and the pair no longer speak.
What has Sam Thompson done outside of Made in Chelsea?
Sam has landed a string of reality TV show appearances.
He came third in the 2017 series of Celebrity Big Brother and in 2018 he appeared in Celebs Go Dating alongside fellow Made in Chelsea star Ollie Locke.
In 2021 he then appeared on Channel 4's Celebrity Circle.
He is currently back on series 22 of Made in Chelsea.
