Why is Love Island not on ITV2?

Tonight's instalment of the hit reality show will air at 10 o'clock instead of the usual 9pm start.

The change is due to England's match against Denmark in the Euro 2020 semis.

Match coverage will begin at 6.30pm over on ITV before kick off at 8pm. It should be over by 10.30pm – unless it goes to penalties in which case it will be later than that.

How long is tonight's episode?

Love Island will finish at 11:05pm, an hour later than normal.

Meaning the episode will be the same length as all the others.

As usual, you'll be able to catch up on the ITV Hub if your priority is the football!

What will happen in tonight's episode?

Tonight will see the girls return to the villa from their boozy brunch to meet newcomers Lucinda and Millie.

Last night, they received a selfie from the boys with the two new blonde bombshells – and it certainly caused a stir.

Rachel was particularly concerned – as she fretted over whether Brad would stray.

Tonight will see her approach the new arrivals and straight away ask: “Can I go straight in with an uncomfortable question? Both of you – give your top three.”

But Lucinda and Millie stay coy about their island crushes.

The two girls will have the opportunity to date three boys each. Lucinda chooses Brad to share a starter with, Hugo to cook for her main course and Aaron for her dessert – whilst Millie chooses Aaron for her starter, Liam for her main course and Hugo for dessert.

Sparks fly between Millie and Liam, and Lucinda takes a shine to Aaron.

Which is convenient – since Aaron is starting to doubt his pairing with Sharon.

Still troubled by Sharon's handling of Hugo's "fake" comment, he invites Sharon for a chat at the firepit.

Love Island continues tonight at 10pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.

Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
