She completed her look with a wash of foundation across her visage and a swipe of  lipgloss over her perfect pout.

It comes after it was announced that Chyna’s legal team will be able to depose Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner as part of an assault and battery lawsuit filed against her by her ex, Rob Kardashian.

Rob, 34, claimed that Chyna, 33, tried to choke him with an iPhone cord in December 2016 during a fight at a home owned by Kylie.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani said in a statement obtained by Page Six they are ‘very pleased to announce’ the reality star will be able to depose the Kardashian-Jenner family as the trial court has ‘agreed’ the stars are ‘not above the law’.

According to sources, however, Chyna had initially wanted each of the women to be deposed for seven hours.

At the hearing, Chyna’s lawyer said she would agree to a four hour deposition.

Peachy behind: She cupped her pert bottom as she stood waiting

She was joined by singer and fashion designer Dencia, who wore a sequinned jumpsuit

The court ended up reducing the deposition to just two hours per person.

‘We are pleased the court limited the scope of the depositions to minimize the burden on the very busy members of the family,’ Michael Rhodes, counsel for the Kardashian-Jenner family, said in a statement obtained by Page Six on Tuesday.

Attorneys for the Kardashian-Jenners had earlier attempted to quash the deposition, arguing the women had already by ‘examined exhaustively in a related matter’.

Chilly: The star went without a coat despite the cold temperatures

‘The subpoenas must be quashed because they present an unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, and undue burden on the Non-Parties who have already been examined exhaustively by Ms. White in the related matter,’ their lawyers said in court documents obtained by E! News.

‘Ms. White has no basis for wanting to depose these Non-Parties again on the same issues, other than to harass and burden the Kardashians/Jenners and generate headlines forcing the Non-Parties to file this motion.’

‘The court should reject Ms. White’s misuse of the discovery process and quash the subpoenas,’ they added.

In his filing, Rob claimed in addition to suffering injuries to his neck, head and face that Chyna also extensively damaged Jenner’s home.

Legal drama: It comes as Chyna is facing legal issues after being sued by her ex Rob Kardashian

Legal victory: It was recently announced that Chyna’s legal team will be able to depose Kim Kardashian , Khloe Kardashian , Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner as part of an assault and battery lawsuit filed against her by Rob

Accusations: Rob, 34, claimed that Chyna, 33, tried to choke him with an iPhone cord in December 2016 during a fight at a home owned by Kylie

Jenner claimed that damages were in excess of $100,000.

According to RadarOnline, Chyna has denied attacking Rob. She says her actions were done in self-defense.

Chyna unsuccessfully attempted to have the lawsuit dropped after claiming to have proof she never attacked her ex. A judge denied her request to have the suit dismissed.

Chyna claimed Rob told the Los Angeles Department Of Children and Family Services she never attacked him in 2016, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast.
