The incident happened at the Tanit building, the same building a 26-year-old Brit named as Callum Marriott, from Clipstone, Notts, died at in August last year after falling onto the floor of an inside patio from the fourth-floor.
Callum had just enjoyed his last night out on the holiday island with friends and was due to catch a plane home later the same day.
