A 38-year-old man died weeks after his girlfriend stabbed him in the Bronx, cops said Wednesday.

Yarelis Olmeda, 41, allegedly knifed her 38-year-old beau Edward Campos in the right shoulder outside her building in NYCHA’s Soundview Houses, just before 10 p.m. Feb. 20.

Campos, who lives in the same complex, was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died on Friday, nearly three weeks later, cops said.

Olmeda was arrested March 4, and charged with attempted murder and assault, cops said.

Prosecutors will handle any upgraded charges.

The motive for the stabbing was unclear Wednesday morning.

Olmeda was ordered held on Rikers Island on $100,000 bail, records show.
