I'm a Man Utd fan and I'm furious after finding brutal note with disgusting surprise outside my home

A FURIOUS Manchester United fan who found a brutal note left on dog poo outside her home blasted: "Why would you do that?"

Natalie, 25, found the disgusting message on a path frequently used by those visiting the Ethiad stadium to get to the Man City ground on match days.

The note, which was partially hidden under dog mess, reads: "If found, return to Old Trafford."

"I didn't even think, 'Oh, that's funny'," Natalie told the Manchester Evening News.

"That's gross. Why would you do that?"

She believes the note, spotted at midday on Sunday, was left by City fans on their way to yesterday's game.

But she has no idea why the mess was left close to her doorstep.

"Did they think it was funny? And why would you have a Post-It note and pens ready?" she said.

“Did they find it? Was the dog poo just there or did they bring it? I'm so confused."

Natalie is a United fan herself, but says that's not the only reason she was so disgusted.

"At the end of the day, it's an offence not to pick up your dog litter," she said.

"I didn't find it funny. But if it was the other way around and directed at City, I also wouldn't find it funny.

"It's gross."

She said the path is used by lots of people, and it's "just not nice to see".

“So many people walk down there," she said.

"Even if you don't live there, even if that's the way you're walking to the match, I mean, it's funny, it gets a laugh, but also, it's not okay."
