KATIE PRICE claimed she has "lost everything" in bankruptcy court today – just over a week after son Harvey was rushed to hospital.
The reality star appeared remotely via Skype at the Insolvency and Companies Court at the Rolls Building in central London.
And Katie, 42, once worth an estimated £45 million, told the court her only assets are a Beetle car, a horse and a pony.
The reality TV star was declared bankrupt in November after failing to pay back spiralling debts.
She was supposed to pay off £12,000 a month to her creditors after taking out an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA), but failed to do so.
Her ex-husband, former cage fighter Alex Reid, sat in court during today's hearing.
Katie confirmed to the court she was living in rented accommodation costing £4,200 a month.
TOO HIGH A PRICE
The court heard she had earnings of £45,000 a month for the last six months.
Katie also told the court "I have not got any assets".
But when asked, she confirmed she has a pony, a horse and a Volkswagen Beetle car, which is about 12 years old, but added she is "banned from driving".
When asked, she said: "I have got one pony and one horse.
"My horse is 18 years old.
"And one pony that is my daughter's and he is about 17 years old."
Everything has been stolen off me
Katie, appearing to speak via Skype from a bedroom, also told the court she had had a "bad break down" last year.
She later told how she attended the Priory as a patient for five weeks and had suicidal thoughts "with the stress, but I am here, I am sorting myself out."
She checked into the rehab centre in January.
A representative of the star said she had been receiving "mental abuse" over the last three years.
She added that her house was broken into and "lots of stuff was taken".
When asked if she had any jewellery, she said: "Everything has been stolen off me.
"There was a guy who stole everything out of my house.
"Everything has been stolen."
'EVERYTHING HAS BEEN STOLEN'
She also claimed lots of jewellery had been stolen from her from her and that she had no house insurance, adding: "I have lost everything".
A six-month television contract worth £210,000 was cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the court heard.
He has been in intensive care which is why I am not in court. It's just one thing after the other.
The mum-of-five told the court she was going to see Harvey after today's hearing.
She added: "He has been in intensive care which is why I am not in court.
"It's just one thing after the other."
Judge Catherine Burton adjourned the hearing until October 27.
Katie faced losing her £1.3 million 'mucky' mansion in Dial Post, West Sussex after being declared bankrupt last year.
She had avoided going bankrupt the previous year by entering into the IVA, agreeing to pay back £12,000 a month over four years.
The mansion has recently been renovated, with Katie living nearby in a rented property.
Heartless raiders flooded her nine-bedroom home after turning on the taps during a break-in.
The flood caused her ground floor ceiling to collapse and caused thousands of pounds of damage to her kitchen.
Harvey, 18, was rushed to hospital after struggling to breathe earlier this month.
HARVEY IN HOSPITAL
Reality star Katie feared the worst when doctors said her eldest son was at risk of a heart attack or organ failure.
His condition has improved and he was allowed visitors on Sunday, with Katie coming to see Harvey with younger siblings Jett and Bunny.
On July 12, Harvey was rushed to hospital and placed in intensive care after his temperature soared to 42C.
He has the rare genetic condition Prader-Willi syndrome, which can cause weight gain and behavioural problems, he is also partially blind and on the autistic spectrum.
Two weeks earlier he was taken to hospital for tests while celebrating his sister Princess's 13th birthday at their Surrey home.
It's awful seeing him [Harvey] in there with all the tubes in him.
Harvey complained of chest pains and was rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
He was sent home again after being diagnosed with a chest infection.
And Katie has opened up about being kept from the hospital room due to coronavirus restrictions.
Katie said: "It's awful seeing him in there with all the tubes in him. And when they put him into intensive care, he was ill but he still managed to shout 'I want my mummy.'
"I was standing outside the room with Junior and they wouldn't let me in. It was horrible."
Speaking to The Sun earlier this month, Katie revealed doctors told her Harvey is at serious risk of dying from a heart attack if he does not lose weight.
As well as Harvey, whose dad is footballer Dwight Yorke, Katie has Princess and Junior, 15, with ex-husband Peter Andre.
She also has two younger children – son Jett, six, and daughter Bunny, five – with Kieran Hayler.
In October last year, she was hit with a two-year driving ban for refusing to tell cops who was behind the wheel when her pink Range Rover crashed.
She served two other driving bans earlier in 2019.
