Kylie Jenner bashed over new swimwear line

Kylie Jenner fans left disappointed by her new swimwear range and slam poor quality and shoddy material in scathing TikTok reviews: ‘I get better swimsuits at Target’

The reviews are in for Kylie Swim and they’re not good.

Kylie Jenner’s eponymous new swimwear line is being criticized by buyers who have taken to TikTok to complain about ‘paper thin’ material, sloppy craftsmanship and high prices.

The 24-year-old billionaire business mogul released her new line only last week and was quick to brag on social media that some styles had already sold out but it seems many shoppers are having buyers remorse.

They hate it: Kylie Jenner’s eponymous new swimwear line is being bashed by buyers who have taken to TikTok to complain about ‘paper thin’ material, sloppy craftsmanship and high prices

TikTok is being flooded with bad reviews for Kylie Swim and shoppers are upset over the poor quality of the pieces which are being described as so thin they’re practically see-through.

One user splashed out $250 on two sarongs, a pink two-piece and a yellow cutout monokini that she wouldn’t even try on for the camera.

‘I would show you these on but I literally can’t because they are just not it,’ the buyer told her followers.

The sizing, she explained, was ‘perfect’ but, despite being fully aware there was ‘no padding’, the material was so flimsy ‘it just shows everything.’

Pricy! One user splashed out $250 on two sarongs, a pink two-piece and a yellow cutout monokini that she wouldn’t even try on for the camera

‘I would show you these on but I literally can’t because they are just not it,’ the buyer told her followers.

As for the two sarongs, they were described as ‘just no’ for being too long, shapeless and too much material.

The long rectangle of fabric looked more like an oversized scarf than a sarong when modeled.

‘Don’t even get me started on the quality of this one piece,’ the TikToker continued in her scathing review, pointing out the ‘terrible’ seams and thin material in her second suit.

‘I get better swimsuits at Target’: Overall she gave Kylie’s line a 2/10 – noting that the sizing was good and she did like the ‘game changer’ adjustable bottoms

The ‘paper thin’ material just didn’t hold up and the buyer quipped she ‘gets better swimsuits at Target.’

Other TikTok reviews were much of the same with social media users expressing disappointment in the practically sheer material and sloppy sewing.

‘You need to be waxed, lasered … If you have any hair down there, it’s gonna show,’ a second woman said in her review.

Kylie has been heavily promoting the line since announcing it at the end of the summer.

On social media over the weekend, she shared snaps from behind the scenes at the campaign shoot for Kylie Swim and gushed that several of her favorite looks were already selling out.

Not so much: The items that were delivered didn’t seem to look the same as the versions that Kylie modeled in her Kylie Swim advertisements

The photos, which were taken a while back as she is currently several months pregnant, show none of the issues reported by shoppers.

Kylie stunned in the skimpy swimwear that featured sexy cutouts and barely-there cuts in a variety of sun colors.

The Kylie Swim line also offers three styles for children.
