The disturbing incident took place in the 4000 block of Lost Spring Road in the affluent Calabasas neighborhood.
A star-studded list of residents, including the Kardashians, live a mere stones throw from where the incident took place – leaving wealthy community members shaken.
A video posted to Neighbors, an app where users can upload their ring camera footage, shows a man walking up to the victim as he crossed the road with his granddaughter.
Within a few seconds the man can be seen throwing one brutal punch that threw his victim, the stroller and the 10-month-old to the ground.

After the horrifying incident, the suspect can be seen returning to his car that he’d parked in a resident’s driveway before leaving the crime scene.
The victim eventually finds his footing and checks on his granddaughter who can be seen lying in the stroller that landed on its side after the attack.
The owner of the home where the assailant parked, Greg Higa, uploaded the footage online and expressed revulsion and shock when speaking to KTLA 5 about the incident.
‘It feels really random … this is a safe neighborhood and we’re all just absolutely horrified that something could happen here to someone doing something so innocent like walking their child,’ Higa told the outlet.
Mary Steele said the victim, who she did not identify, is a ‘very nice community member’ and was left perplexed by why he was attacked.
‘He has a beautiful home, people know who he is and the baby is an innocent victim,’ she added.
The attacker is yet to be identified and was seen wearing a dark-colored t-shirt, jeans and a backward-facing baseball hat.
Los Angeles Police investigators took a report but no further information has been released about the incident, KTLA 5 reported.
The broadcaster reported that neighbors have confirmed the victim and his granddaughter are in good condition.
