A stunning 13-acre Scottish island which has been owned by the same family for more than 70 years has gone on the market for just £120,000.
Eilean Nan Gabhar, which translates as Island of the Goats, is located on Loch Craignish just off Argyll’s west coast and is home to plenty of birds and wildlife – thanks to its perfect natural habitat.
The 12.8-acre island, which is rarely visited, would offer one lucky adventurer the chance to get away from the hubbub of everyday life.
What’s more, there is no blanket ban on building on it.
You could find permanent residence among the lush vegetation and stunning rocky formations the island is composed of.

Asked whether planning permission would likely be granted on the island, a spokeswoman for Argyll and Bute Council said: “Every planning application is considered on an individual basis.
“It would therefore be inappropriate for us to give any views on whether planning consent would be granted or refused, without seeing any proposals.”
There are currently no services on the island and no buildings of any kind.
According to selling agents Galbraith, the current owners have never applied to build any.
There are benefits to a lack of planning permission, however.
The island is also bustling with wild flowers including rowan, willow, beech, bog myrtle, hawthorn, wild garlic and honeysuckle.
A large, shallow bay to the north of the island is also home to other wildlife including otters and sea birds.
If you don’t want to escape from reality entirely, Galbraith has been informed that a good Vodafone signal can be accessed from parts of the island as well as 3G coverage.

Property website onthemarket.com is currently listing a parking space in an underground garage in Knightsbridge for £200,000.
