Tiffany Haddish's funniest moments

She ready

On June 18, Tiffany Haddish will take the reins of the MTV Movie & TV Awards. It’s her first time hosting a major award show, but it’s clear that she’s more than at home on stage. Whether she’s showing off her big-ticket purchases or telling the best talk show story of all time, here are her all-time most memorable moments.

The time she told us who really bit Beyoncé

We thought we were lucky just to get the anonymous story that someone, somewhere, bit Beyoncé right on the face. And the humor in Haddish’s telling of that infamous party sustained the world for some time, but, ever the giver, she let the world in on her dirty little secret: It was Sanaa Lathan.

Meeting Frances McDormand

Tiffany Haddish hears you, she sees you, and she’s going to interpret your passion toward Frances McDormand for you.

CinemaCon 2018

When Haddish took the stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas to accept the Female Star of Tomorrow Award, magic happened. She had already put convention audiences in stitches with presentations for her films Night School and The Secret Life of Pets 2, so when it came time for her big speech, she really went there. The actress made jokes about the bedroom and more: “I’m so busy I have no time for the D,” she said. “I put a weighted blanket on top of me, so it feels like I got a man, but it ain’t the same.”

Meeting Oprah

Haddish is a fantastic talk show host, and this appearance on Ellen was great because it gave us both Tiffany talking about wanting to start a farm with Oprah (Tiff and O’s Vegetables forever!) and the actress meeting her idol at long last. #happytears

The best Groupon purchase of all time

Girls Trip may have put Tiffany Haddish on the map, but it was the story she told Jimmy Kimmel during the summer of 2017 that made America fall in love. No one in history has ever spoken of a Groupon excursion so eloquently.

The not-so New Girl

Long before she was America’s girl crush, Tiffany Haddish was The Loft’s crush. Or, rather, she played Coach’s ex.

The Super Bowl commercial

Let it be known: Tiffany Haddish is not going to let a good #sponcon opportunity go to waste.

Girls Trip

Haddish’s turn in the hit comedy was star-making in every way, and she was the clear breakout. Almost every scene she appeared in was a highlight, but we’ll just leave you with two words: booty hole.

The Alexander McQueen dress that keeps on giving

A lot of stars will talk a big game about rewearing outfits, but Haddish actually did it — at the Girls Trip premiere, on Saturday Night Live, and at the Oscars.

Hosting Saturday Night Live

“Listen, fellas, listen: If you got your thing-thing out, and she got all her clothes on, you’re wrong! You’re in the wrong.”

Tiffany and Maya forever

Maya Rudolph and Tiffany Haddish were an unlikely pairing for Academy Awards presenters at first glance — they weren’t known collaborators or friends. But a mere 10 seconds into their bit, the whole of the internet was calling for the twosome to host the next show.

The “Nice For What” music video

There are so many celebrity appearances in the video for Drake’s hit song — Olivia Wilde, Emma Roberts, Rashida Jones, Letitia Wright — but our personal favorite is Haddish, owing mostly to that badass fur. It’s also worth noting that Haddish had been a fan of Drizzy’s work for years, so it’s a bit of a storybook ending.

The Last Black Unicorn

Tiffany Haddish should write all the books, always.
