Laura remarked: “I’m quite funny about allowing Rocco and Thalia to actually use laptops and iPads.

“We had a pretty strict rule where we only let them watch [their devices] when they are on a plane travelling.”

She added: “I’ve always said, ‘I don’t want them getting into games consoles’. I don’t want that.

“We’ve tried to limit their usage and now I feel like we’re going completely against all of that.

Laura went on: “We’re like, ‘Here you go now. You’ve got to do your schoolwork now. Sit on your iPad all day.’

“It’s actually going to be really hard coming out of this, because as parents we’re going to have to say, ‘You can’t go on your iPad anymore.'”

Elsewhere, it has since been announced that the A Place In The Sun team have welcomed a new presenter to their line-up.
