Emmerdale: Adam Thomas says ‘never say never’ to show return
Soap star Adam Thomas is reportedly set to join BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing as an unearthed interview showed the actor eager to experience the competition’s infamous curse.
A TV insider told The Sun that the 34-year-old would “bring a huge fanbase” and “that’s what Strictly bosses love”.
They also claimed that the show’s producers believe Adam could “fill the young hunk role” among contestants.
This isn’t the first time the actor has been rumoured to be joining the Strictly team, having shared his “love” for the show in previous years.

It is unclear whether the Emmerdale actor said this before or after marrying his long-term girlfriend Caroline Daly in 2017.
The infamous curse claims that participating in the show could threaten competitors’ relationships at home as romance blossoms with their fellow participants.
In their six years of marriage, Caroline and Adam have welcomed Elsie-Rose, five, and Teddy, eight, who has also had his own TV debut playing Adam’s on-screen son in Waterloo Road.
In May last year, Adam spoke out as similar rumours circled that he would be joining the 2022 series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Sources reportedly said to The Sun at the time that the actor was “already practising his moves” and his appearance on the show “has been a little while in the making”.
However, the star quickly took charge of the situation, declaring the rumours false on Instagram.
He wrote to his one million followers: “As much as I’d love this to be true!!… unfortunately it’s not haha.”
Adam is no stranger to reality TV and has already proved himself as a strong competitor in 2016’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.
The actor placed third, just before runner-up Joel Dommett and winner Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt.
Additionally, Adam would have a leg up on the competition if he were to join Strictly as his wife runs a dance school in Altrincham.
