Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace left very little to the imagination on Wednesday night as she proudly showed off the results of her Brazilian Butt Lift. 

The TV personality, 42, appeared to ditch her underwear to fully exhibit her hourglass figure – most notably her derriere – in an extremely revealing slit black number. 

Oozing confidence, Aisleyne looked on cloud nine as she commanded attention at Proud Embankment for the PINK annual charity fundraiser.

The show-stopping dress comprised of a lace top-half that boasted a backless style, and a split thigh skirt which further accentuated the figure that she’s long desired.

The Big Brother star coiffed her blonde locks into a sleek half-up-half-down do and opted for a full face of radiant makeup. 

Aisleyne went under the knife for BBL surgery back in December and told Closer that she loved the results – and wanted to show what ‘a good bum job is supposed to look like.’

Aisleyne is no stranger to plastic surgery, having had a boob job and liposuction last year.

She has been highly influenced by Kim Kardashian and has previously said that she would love to be the ‘British blonde version’ of the socialite. 

‘I remember seeing that picture of Kim with the champagne glass resting on her bum and thinking, “That looks amazing, let me see if I can find a doctor who can give me that, so I did,”‘ she said.

The model was keen to show off her sensational outfit on Instagram on Wednesday and poignantly dedicated her appearance at the Pink Ribbon event to her late mum, who passed away of breast cancer aged 54 back in 2012.
