Better Call Saul’s Bob Odenkirk tells fans he's ‘doing great’ after heart attack

Bob Odenkirk has spoken out to reassure fans he is ‘doing great’ after collapsing on set with a heart attack at the end of July.

The Better Call Saul star, 58, took to Twitter to tell his followers: ‘I am doing great. I’ve had my very own “It’s a wonderful life” week of people insisting I make the world slightly better.

‘Wow!  Thank you, I love everyone right now but let’s keep expectations reasonable!’

Bob had collapsed on set while filming Better Call Saul in New Mexico at the end of last month but had reassured fans he was in good hands in hospital last week.

He tweeted on July 30: ‘Hi.  It’s Bob. Thank you. To my family and friends who have surrounded me this week.

‘And for the outpouring of love from everyone who expressed concern and care for me.  It’s overwhelming. But I feel the love and it means so much.
