Billie Eilish debuts chic eye-skimming bangs as she continues to highlight her new platinum blond hair… weeks after ditching her slime green strands

Billie Eilish continued her blond ambition tour on Friday when she revealed a striking 1960s-inspired haircut.

The 19-year-old singer–songwriter posted a short clip to Instagram showing off her newly shorn shoulder-length platinum blond locks.

In addition to displaying the new trim, she also shared her stylish new eye-skimming bangs.

New ‘do: Billie Eilish, 19, showed off her platinum blond locks and a new haircut with wispy bangs on Instagram on Friday

Billie’s video simply showed the pop wunderkind strutting toward the camera while displaying her standard blank face.

She was swallowed up under a blue-and-white seersucker shirt that was buttoned all the way up to her neck.

The otherwise modest shirt was enlivened with some peaceful images of doves flapping their wings.

Her new platinum tresses were cut so that they rested delicately on her shoulders, with some extra hair cascading down her back.

Touch up: She sported chic eye-skimming bangs over her forehead and seemed to have shortened her hair so that it rested on her shoulders

But the real stars of her new look were her bangs, which she had cut so that they reached down just to her eyelashes in wispy strand.

The delicate strands fanned out across her forehead and emphasized her sleepy eyes.

She let the clip do all the talking and simply captioned it with a dove emoji to match her shirt.

Around the same time, Billie posted a closeup selfie emphasizing her lightened locks in her Instagram Stories.

It may have been the start of the weekend, but she looked as if she had a serious case of the Mondays with her dour expression, which was partially hidden behind a white surgical mask.

She also wore an olive-colored sweatshirt and delicate gold chains.

The snap appeared to have been taken before her newest hair cut, as her bangs appeared thicker and longer.

She debuted the look to her TikTok followers and showed off part of her extensive salon visit to lighten her hair.

The end result was her voluminous pinup-style locks.
