Britney Spears has shared naked photographs of herself lying in her bathtub, after her Instagram page mysteriously vanished briefly last week.

The Grammy-winning singer, 40, took to Instagram on Sunday to share two full frontal nude pictures of herself lounging in her bath.

She placed her hands across her chest and covered her modesty with a pink flower emoji in the snaps.

Britney sported a silver pendant necklace and a bracelet, while she opted for a simple French manicure.

She let her golden locks fall loosely down her back as she struck a racy pose while lying in her bathtub. 

It comes after Britney’s Instagram page vanished on Saturday – one week after she posted a rant on the platform claiming ‘it felt like’ her father Jamie ‘was trying to kill me’ during his controversial conservatorship of her.

That same day, Page Six ran an interview with Britney’s former assistant Felicia Culotta, who worked for her in the early days of her stardom.

Felicia revealed she has not heard from Britney ‘in quite a while,’ and although she writes letters to the pop star ‘all the time,’ she has no idea if she receives them.

While attending the opening of Broadway musical & Juliet, Felicia was asked about Britney and said: ‘I haven’t spoken to her in quite a while.’

Felicia, who left Britney’s employ in 2007 just before the singer’s infamous breakdown, shared: ‘I write all the time. I love handwritten letters.’

She added: ‘I just hope and pray she gets them. I know for sure before she wasn’t [in the past], so I’m very hopeful that she gets them [now].’

Felicia appeared in last year’s New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears and spoke warmly about her former employer.

Britney, however, fired up her Instagram earlier this month and slammed the recent spate of ‘humiliating’ documentaries about her – taking particular aim at Felicia.

She brought up ‘when my old assistant talked about how I went through the neighborhood passing out 100 dollar bills when my first song came out !!!’ 

The hitmaker went on: ‘I wish I could go inside the heads of people like my dad and her and really try to understand why people lie and make up such things like that!!! I mean it doesn’t get lower than that … why did you say that ???’

She insisted: ‘That’s not even true !!! Wasn’t it already bad enough what they did to me and on top of it everybody is getting together and doing the trashiest docs I’ve ever seen in my life saying it’s TO HELP ME???’

Milestone: It was recently the one year anniversary of the end of Britney Spears’ 13-year conservatorship from her estranged father Jamie (L), whom she’s suing for conservator abuse
