Cara Delevingne is reportedly ‘in contract’ to purchase a new abode in New York City from none other than the Tonight Show’s Jimmy Fallon.

According to the New York Post, the supermodel snagged the comedian’s quirky six-bedroom five-bathroom triplex in New York’s Gramercy Park.

The property was listed earlier this year for $15million, but sources told the outlet that it’s currently ‘in contract for a few million less of the off-market deal.’

Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvoven originally snapped up four separate units in the Gramercy Park building over the years and remodeled them into one almost 5,000-square-foot residence.

The property offers six bedrooms and five bathrooms in the full-service building dating back to the late 19th century plus a key to the private two-acre Gramercy Park,

There’s a sizable living room with Tiffany sofa and an in-ceiling projector.

Fallon purchased his first apartment in the building, a one-bedroom, in 2002 for $850,000, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Overall, the couple spent about $5.8 million on the five units they purchased. They intend to keep one unit for themselves.
