Chrissy Teigen debuts shortened red hair… after supporting husband John Legend at the launch party for his new skincare line in Los Angeles

Chrissy Teigen left fans speechless with her latest hair transformation after unveiling  her freshly highlighted hair in a new video, uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday.

As she debuted her new shoulder-length tresses, which were dyed ginger with a few face-framing copper pieces, the 37-year-old model smiled while rocking a colorful kimono robe at home.

‘Breaking news: woman gets new hair color!!!!!!!!!’ the bestselling cookbook author captioned the footage of Rikke Gajda fluffing up her hair. 

In the recording, the cookbook author sported a glamorous makeup look, applied by  Kristine Studden, after colorist Matt Rez revamped her glossy locks.

Rez, who previously dyed Kendall Jenner’s hair auburn for Milan Fashion Week last year, was among the first to compliment her new look, which he called ‘gorgeous.’

Teigen’s husband John Legend, 44, also commented that his wife looked ‘gorgeous’ with a smiling emoji with heart-eyes. 

The mother-of-three’s post, which received 24,259 likes in less than two hours, was flooded with praise from more than 41.1 million followers. 

‘You look amazing and you are an amazing woman ❤️,’ one wrote while another described her as a ‘pretty mommy’ and ‘Ginger Spice.’

The hair reveal comes after supporting her spouse at the launch party for his  skincare line Loved01 on Tuesday night.

To the event, held at the Skybar inside the glamorous Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood, Teigen rocked an elegant white one-shoulder dress with fur trim along the hem.

Meanwhile her husband looked ultra stylish as he matched his wife in a white blazer and slacks.

He went shirtless beneath his jacket but appeared to have a strap running diagonally across his chest.

The All Of Me singer was expertly groomed and he pounded the pavement in squeaky clean sneakers.

Described as an ‘effective, affordable and accessible,’ Loved01 is geared towards melanin-rich skin and boasts ‘dermatologist-approved formulas.’

Each skincare product – ranging from bodywash to a toning mist – is under $15.

The line officially launched on February 1 following weeks of hype on the Loved01 Instagram page.

The Legend household has had plenty to celebrate in recent months as they welcomed their baby daughter Esti into the world in January.

She arrived on January 13, which Chrissy confirmed on Instagram with a post of her and John’s other two children cradling the newborn.

Chrissy has been recovering from the C-section and has shared some of her postpartum journey with fans on social media.

Chrissy and John wed in 2013 after dating on/off for several years. They initially met in 2006 on the set of one of Legend’s music videos.

They welcomed their first child, daughter Luna, in April 2016. Son Miles, four, arrived two years later in 2018.

Chrissy fell pregnant for a third time in the summer of 2020, although she later had to undergo ‘a life-saving abortion.’

She then underwent IVF treatments and revealed in August 2022 that she was pregnant with a baby girl.

Last week, Chrissy treated her 41.1million followers to a photo of herself, John and their three kiddos at home.

In the photo the mom-of-three had her head resting against John’s shoulder as they lounged on their living room couch, with Luna holding baby Esti and Miles cuddling up to his mom.

She teased that their next family photo would also feature ‘all the animals’ in their household.

A few days later, Chrissy shared a precious shot of an ‘exhausted’ Esti sleeping in her arms.
