Courtney Stodden talks forgiveness after Chrissy Teigen scandal

Courtney Stodden says ‘forgiveness is everything’ while rocking a tiny green bikini after opening up about being horrifically ‘bullied’ by Chrissy Teigen

Courtney Stodden rocked a barely-there green bikini, which showed off their curves, as they shared message of love and letting go with their Instagram followers.

While putting on a very busty display in her metallic two-piece, the 26-year-old social media star appeared to be addressing the intense criticism they received after tying the knot with 51-year-old Doug Hutchison in 2011, at the age of 16.

‘Forgiveness is everything #mindfulness,’ the beauty – who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns – captioned their latest post, which showed  the star running their hands through their wavy blonde hair in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Earlier this year, they opened up about being persistently bullied by Chrissy Teigen online as a teen at the beginning of the 2010s.

In June, Teigen, 35, wrote a blog post to apologize for her past bullying tweets, including one which told Stodden to commit suicide.

The mother-of-two took to Medium to write a lengthy post in which she admitted to being a ‘troll’ and an ‘a**hole’ while insisting that she is ‘no longer that person.’

Amid the backlash, Teigen has been dropped by several companies, including Safely, the cleaning brand she founded with Kris Jenner; Macy’s; Target; and Bloomingdale’s.

The large retailers have removed her line of Cravings cookware from its shelves. Teigen has also pulled out of Netflix’s Never Have I Ever.

Teigen was slated to be one of the guest narrators for the series, co-created by Mindy Kaling, but is exiting the gig amid the fallout following her cyberbullying scandal.

Last week, her husband John Legend shrugged off any controversy as he was seen smiling, and when asked how his wife is doing Legend replied: ‘Great!’

‘I truly had no idea I was good at jenga. Never had the patience to play, and the noise of the collapsing, my lord I cannot!!’ she captioned the shot.

She continued: ‘Crowds gathered and chants of “JENGA GIRLS” filled the room (like 3 people) but i will never stop telling this glorious story. I will be 95 and force people to hear my jenga tale.’

Despite Stodden specifically saying they have accepted Teigen’s apology and forgiven her, the former Sports Illustrated model received quite a few snarky comments.

‘Strange-you don’t have the patience to play with wooden blocks yet you can with other people’s feelings,’ one wrote, while others praised the star for ‘staying positive and not letting the hate get’ her down.
