And Gabby Allen showcased her impressive flexibility as she did a headstand and splits during a sun-soaked beach workout in Dubai on Monday.
The Love Island star, 29, took to Instagram to share a video of her stretching upside down in the sand, with Gabby showing off her incredible figure in a tiny black bikini.

She then impressed even further as she then pulled her legs apart to do the splits, before then arching her legs into different positions.
The TV personality kept her core strong as twisted her legs into different angles while being filmed in front of the stunning Dubai backdrop.

Earlier last month, the fitness fanatic had to defend her reasons for being in Dubai, telling her fans that her boyfriend Brandon’s business is based in the city and that she would also be working there for the ‘foreseeable.’
The TV personality wrote: ‘Hey guys, just to let you know, we made the decision to fly out to Dubai as my boyfriends business is based here & luckily allows us to travel.
‘We were both fit to travel with negative PCR tests [for COVID-19]. I wanted to come on here and acknowledge this to my followers as it was a difficult decision for me. I really hope you can understand that it was an opportunity I had to take.
‘I will be working over here for the foreseeable until we decide what to do next. Sending so much love to you all. Gabby x.’
