Gemma Collins and fiancé Rami share passionate kiss after horror eye accident

Gemma Collins and her fiancé Rami Hawash shared a passionate kiss weeks after her partner suffered a horror accident at work.

The TOWIE star, 41, wore a gorgeous strapless white dress and could be seen passionately kissing Rami, 48 – who was seen without his eyepatch for the first time in weeks.

Sharing a video on her Instagram, Gemma could be seen enjoying herself with her partner and friends, with the TV star also getting a makeover.

The reality TV Queen showed off her glam make-up and blonde hair, before focusing the camera on her beautician as she said "my makeup artist on a Saturday night."

She then danced with friends and Rami, before sharing a passionate kiss with her partner.

Rami was left needing emergency surgery on his eye after being injured in an incident at his mechanical repair company in Romford.

Last month Gemma said her partner was in "excruciating" pain after the procedure, caring for him in-between being on stage to prepare for the the UK tour of musical Chicago, which she has since pulled out of.

Speaking to the Metro at the time, she said: "We hope that he’s going to get the sight back in his eye, but I did reassure him that if he went blind or if he was going to lose his eye, that I’m still going to be with him because you don’t think about all those things.

"As a man, he’s a good-looking man and he’s had a shocking accident and we still don’t know if he’s going to gain full sight in his eye, plus the eye has dropped down so it’s changed aesthetically.

"But I said don’t worry, I love him with an eye, without an eye, whether or not he gets his sight back. So there’s been a lot going on emotionally as well, but we make sure to support one another."

Gemma also previously shared a close-up shot of Rami's eye following his surgery back in April, with it being swollen shut, purple, and bleeding.

"It's been one hell of a week good to have Rami. home today (heart emoji)," she wrote. "It's been a very upsetting time for us scary worrying no sleep please Gd he will be ok." [sic]

She also posted a side profile of Rami, showing how swollen his eye was, and thanked the NHS for their work after he returned home from the surgery.

But Gemma has suffered her own injuries, too – with the star being forced to pull out of her role in Chicago a week before her planned debut due to a knee injury.

Her first performance was meant to be at the Sunderland Empire Theatre on May 31, playing Mama Morton in her first ever theatre casting, before going on a weeks-long tour across the UK.
