The Oscar winning actress, 48, got the VIP treatment at the Santa Monica DMV on Monday, skipping a queue of 50 people and getting out in just 30 minutes.

While she dealt with her affairs Gwyneth’s bodyguard was seen chatting with a DMV employee in blue who told them where to park and later helped them leave.

The Goop maven’s trip was quick, and she was seen leaving about 30 minutes after her arrival.

While Paltrow was enjoying the perks of being famous, she previously said being a  celebrity has been a ‘pretty terrible’ experience.

Speaking on the Anna Faris Is Unqualified podcast last month, the daughter of actress Blythe Danner and director Bruce Paltrow said: ‘I’ve been in the public eye for so many years, the surreal part is having been famous, basically, my whole adult life, so I don’t know what it means to be a grown-up without all of the scrutiny and all of the wonderful things and terrible things that come with being a famous person.’

She added: ‘I think our culture idealizes fame so much, and I actually think it’s [a] pretty terrible thing to be famous, if our purpose on the planet is for human development and to really become the truest, best version of ourselves.

‘I think fame is a huge impediment to that, and I’ve had to work really hard to separate the fame from who I am.’

Paltrow was chic as ever for her DMV appointment where she donned loose blue jeans with a puff-sleeves black blouse and flat sandals.

She looked like she was ready to take her license photo, sporting smooth blonde tresses with sleek waves as she made her way inside

The busy actress recently added another job titled to her resume when she revealed she has been named the new ‘well-being advisor’ for Celebrity Cruises’ new Celebrity Beyond ship launching in 2022.

Posting a snap showing herself in a bikini on a beach last month, Paltrow shared: ‘I am always happiest by, in or on the sea! In 2022 my @goop team and I are going to join @celebritycruises on their new ship, Celebrity Beyond.’

She explained: ‘I’ll be behind the scenes, working on some special projects, as Celebrity’s new Well-being Advisor. My team @goop is curating programming and fitness kits to add to Celebrity’s wellness the experience.’

Paltrow added: ‘I’m sworn to secrecy on the rest—keep an eye out for the details coming soon.’
