Hilaria Baldwin shares a positive pregnancy update after poking fun at ‘psycho conspiracy theorists’ who claimed she wore a fake baby bump

Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram on Thursday to give her 958k followers a positive pregnancy update.

The 38-year-old yoga instructor – who’s currently expecting her seventh child with actor Alec Baldwin, 64 – shared a sonogram photo of her upcoming bundle of joy.

‘She’s getting very smushed in there, but baby update is all is well. Grateful for this little soul,’ the author wrote in the caption.

Hilaria also took to her Stories to share some thoughts on ‘harassment,’ ‘bullying’ and the ‘cruel culture of tear downs.’

‘When I get really sad and down, the trauma of being bullied begins to consume me, I think about how other people feel this way too,’ she started the post.

‘Some right now and some at other times… it gives me a wave of courage to put one foot in front of the next to make it thru to a place where I can figure it out.’

‘Write down the path on the map with others, so we can light the way for more to find a happy life. Regardless of harassment, bullying, and cruel culture of tear downs.

‘It is in those moments of sadness that I find it easier to fight for others. Isn’t it funny how for some, its harder to do this for ourselves?’

She went to state, ‘I hope that I will find toe courage to also rally for myself in a consistent way, giving my soul the courage that I am here to love unconditionally from the inside.’

It comes after the mother-of-six poked fun at what she called ‘psycho conspiracy theorists’ when she posted a new picture showing her growing baby bump on Wednesday. 

Hilaria looked radiant in a floor length animal print tank dress, with her dark hair pulled back in a half pony tail for the selfie.

‘My Friends made a good point about my belly… it kind of looks fake…’ she wrote. ‘Like I ate a ball. I guess the psycho conspiracy theorists online with way too much time of their hands have somewhat of a point here.’

‘Now you guys can go share links and theories as to what kind of ball it was that I ate… hop you can come up with options that taste good… Ps– Chocolate is my fav…’

Hilaria may have been referring to members of the r/HilariaBaldwin subreddit group, who heaped criticism on her after she and Alec announced they were expecting their seventh child in March. The couple have been married since 2012.

One critic wrote, ‘This time around, Carmen’s gotta be old enough to figure out that her mom isn’t really pregnant, but is just wearing a moon bump, (fake pregnancy belly) don’t you think?’

The Living Clearly Method author was ready for more pitchforks as she countered the fake baby bump argument showing a video of of the baby kicking her tummy writing ‘As an analytic Capricorn, I have to point out a glitch in the chocolate ball theory: this ball moves.’

The animosity against the Mom Brain podcaster began in 2020, when Hilaria, who was born Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas in Boston, was faking her Spanish accent. 

She explained it by saying she was raised in a Spanish speaking home and that her family traveled to Spain every year. 

The reddit group also accused Hilaria of hiring surrogates to give birth to several her kids and harming her children by sharing too much of their lives online.
