He added in the Telegraph: ‘That chair is now so special it will be stuck up on a wall and framed. Alternatively, I will sell it to my cousin, and he will buy it.’

Chat: Naughty Boy and David had a heart-to-heart about football during Tuesday’s episode that put their recent squabble to bed

Talking football, Naughty Boy told David: ‘When I was a kid they used to make me, not the goalkeeper, they used to make me stand behind the goal for the extra goalkeeper.’

Naughty Boy asked: ‘That is a place, isn’t it? That’s an actual role isn’t it?’

David comforted: ‘It doesn’t exist in football, but… they invent a role for him in football… behind the goal, to collect the ball.’

Danny Miller then said: ‘That’s usually the ball boy.’

David said in the Telegraph: ‘Naughty Boy’s knowledge about the beautiful game needs to be improved or re-assessed or something.

Squabble: The pair had a disagreement during Monday’s episode when the DJ suggested the former footballer would be a good choice for that episode’s trial

‘My position on the football pitch was behind the goal…’ I don’t get this. I’m still not getting this.’

Naughty Boy insisted: ‘I was the real goalkeeper.’

Naughty Boy said in the Telegraph: ‘The important thing is I felt important. Any kid out there who’s been made the keeper of the goalkeeper, you will thrive and you can be anything you want.’

David joked: ‘Behind the goalkeeper… behind the stadium… he was in the street, just in case.’

Danny asked: ‘You didn’t have a high-vis on did you?’

Naughty Boy said in the Telegraph: ‘The important thing is I felt important. Any kid out there who’s been made the keeper of the goalkeeper, you will thrive and you can be anything you want.’

Meanwhile, the campmates chose Louise as their new leader, to which she said: ‘Oh my gosh, I did not expect that.

‘What an amazing thing they think I should be their leader. I’m really touched, I’m really proud and I’m also really nervous. I want to do it properly and make sure everybody’s happy.’

Louise picked Snoochie as her deputy, saying she wanted someone who would keep them ‘really upbeat’.

Snoochie said: ‘As they say, with great power comes great responsibility. I feel like it is my responsibility to make sure we are entertained every single day.’

Shock: Meanwhile, the campmates chose Louise as their new leader, to which she said: ‘Oh my gosh, I did not expect that’

They distributed the chores, but struggled with the fact that nobody could do the job they did before.

Louise said: ‘It’s like doing this really complicated jigsaw puzzle with pieces that you could move and pieces you couldn’t move.’

Camp chefs were chosen as Simon and Matty. Simon joked: ‘Hopefully they’ll enjoy burnt beans and minging rice – everybody’s fave.’

Camp maintenance went to David and Frankie, to which Frankie joked: ‘Sorry David.’ Cleaners were Adam and Naughty Boy. And washing up was given to Kadeena and Danny.

Kadeena said: ‘Dude, that’s harsh. I’ve gone from one hard job to another hard job.’

Louise asked: ‘What do you want to do? Poo patrol?’

Adam laughed: ‘Come and do poo patrol with me.’

Kadeena said: ‘I’ll do washing dishes.’

Kadeena in the Telegraph said: ‘I’ll be brutally honest, I was not impressed I had the washing up… but as much as I was a bit of a cranky pants, it’s not that bad.’

Later, Snoochie Shy and Naughty Boy found themselves covered in glittery powder as they worked to win coins for camp in the Castle Coin challenge.

Snoochie and Naughty Boy discovered a crashed spaceship in the Castle grounds.

Getting into the festive spirit, Snoochie said of the snowy setting: ‘Oh my god! It’s actually Christmas, I’m so excited about this.

The scroll explained: ‘A star-shaped spaceship has crashed and landed. You need to repair it so it isn’t left stranded.

‘The constellations above will help you fix the lights. By restoring its power you can win festive delights.’

Wow: Snoochie Shy and Naughty Boy found themselves covered in glittery powder as they worked to win coins for camp in the Castle Coin challenge

One of the campmates had to look through the telescope to see a constellation and then explain the pattern to the other, who had to map it out on the spaceship with a glowing neon rope.

If they got it incorrect, they were doused in glittery, multicoloured powder.

Snoochie admitted: ‘We can’t see what the other person is seeing so that makes it extremely difficult.’

Naughty Boy confessed: ‘Both of us thought we were giving clear instructions – it was only when we were on the other side… it’s not easy to receive those instructions.’

Snoochie laughed: ‘It was going drastically wrong to be honest.’

Despite the difficulties, the pair eventually completed the challenge, and hugged so hard they fell over as they celebrated.

Taking their coins to Kiosk Cledwyn, whose shoppe had had a Christmas makeover, Snoochie and Naughty Boy opted to try and win mince pies over cheese and pineapple.

The camp were asked to say the percentage of people who re-gift presents, but they incorrectly guessed 12% instead of 22%.

Despite missing out on the mince pies, Cledwyn quickly re-opened the doors to share some Christmas decorations with them.

But Snoochie and Naughty Boy got excited by the Christmas spirit and sneakily nabbed Cledwyn’s tree.

Naughty Boy joked: ‘It’s a bit naughty… but…’

Meanwhile, Frankie Bridge managed to bag the camp an impressive seven out of nine stars as she completed the Grim Grinder trial.

Frankie was picked out of a hat by Naughty Boy to face the Trial which Dec Donnelly introduced as: ‘This is the Grim Grinder. This is a question and answer trial.’

Frankie joked: ‘Oh no! There is a reason I was a singer, guys!’

Dec continued: ‘There are 9 rounds as there are 9 stars to be won. You’ll be strapped into the cage, beneath the grinder. In each round a different food will be dropped into the cage. Then the grinder will start rotating.

‘You’ll then be asked a question about the food item that’s been dropped in. You’ve got 60 seconds to give us a correct answer. You can guess as many times as you like.’

Yikes: Frankie was left covered in food and gunk after the gruelling trial

Frankie admitted: ‘I get motion sickness, so bad…’

Ant McPartlin added: ‘The grinder will stop if you answer correctly or run out of time.’

As Frankie was rotated upside down in the cage and pelted with food, she was forced to answer questions such as: ‘Dauphinoise potatoes are made with cream and garlic, spell dauphinoise’.

Frankie tried: ‘Dau…L….’

Then again she tried: ‘Dau…p…h….i…n…aure….’

After failing on that star she admitted: ‘I wouldn’t have got that.’

When she was doused with fish, Frankie was asked: ‘How many fish fingers are eaten in the UK every day?’

Q&A: Frankie was picked out of a hat by Naughty Boy to face the Trial which Dec Donnelly introduced as: ‘This is the Grim Grinder. This is a question and answer trial’

Frankie started guessing at 8,000, then tried 10,000. When Ant and Dec encouraged her to go higher she went up to 820,000, then 1million, 2 million, before eventually landing on the correct answer 1.5million.

Frankie said: ‘I think my kids probably eat most of those.’

Later she was asked: ‘Italy is the home of pizza, name three of the six countries that share a land border with Italy’.

Frankie first incorrectly guessed Spain, then got France correct, but then incorrectly tried Portugal and then incorrectly guessed England.

In the final round Frankie was pelted with ground curry, but she enjoyed the smell so much after days of eating rice and beans that she cheered: ‘Woo!’

Gruelling: Frankie was strapped down in a cage that was rotated as she was pelted in grinded food and asked questions

Frankie was asked: ‘According to a survey, what are the 3 most popular curry dishes in the UK?’

Frankie immediately correctly guessed Chicken Tikka, Korma and Jalfrezi and won a total of seven out of nine stars.

Ant joked: ‘So we’ve worked out your geography’s bad, your spelling’s not great, your maths is terrible, but you love a good curry.’

Frankie laughed: ‘I do love a good curry. I’ve had a long time to think about food in here guys. Everyone’s going to be so jealous. It looks like I’ve been on a massive night out.’

Tricky: When she was doused with fish, Frankie was asked: ‘How many fish fingers are eaten in the UK every day?’

While Frankie was taking part in the trial, tension simmered at camp between Matty Lee and Naughty Boy as the DJ criticised his rice.

The diver had been tasked with cooking meals for the camp, with the producer less than impressed with what was on offer.

Naughty Boy said: ‘I don’t enjoy the rice as much now, the way it’s been cooked is a bit mushy and over-watered. It is personal preference.

Speaking in The Telegraph, Matty said: Everyone has the right t have their own opinion but it’s so god damn annoying when you’re cooking.

Not happy: While Frankie was taking part in the trial, tension simmered at camp between Matty Lee and Naughty Boy as the DJ criticised his rice.

‘People are like, I like it this way, I like it that way. I struggle. I’m not trying to make it not nice.

Frankie noticed Matty’s frustration when she got back from the trial and revealed the camp would be eating octopus before David stepped in to help as he had cooked it before.

She said: ‘Poor Matty looks so stressed out. He’s finding the whole thing overwhelming and then having octopus to cook, no one knew what they were doing.’
