EXCLUSIVE: ‘I only have 20% of my stomach left’: Jessica Alves has been losing ‘a kilo a DAY’ after gastric sleeve surgery and is ‘only consuming detox drinks’… after her weight rose to 16st
Jessica Alves has just ’20 percent’ of her stomach left after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery two weeks ago in Turkey.
Jessica, 37, spoke exclusively to MailOnline after the operation, revealing she is recovering at a facility in Antalya and losing ‘one kilo per day’ while ‘only consuming detox drinks’.
She explained: ’14 days ago I had gastric sleeve surgery due to the fact that I was 102 kilos (16 stone) and my diet wasn’t working.’

Jessica hailed the surgery as being ‘the best thing she’s done’ as she ‘no longer craves food’.
The blonde bombshell went on: ‘Having the gastric sleeve surgery was the best I have done as I don’t feel hungry anymore, nor am I craving food.’
She revealed that her gender reassignment process, including taking hormones, had led to her weight gain, saying: ‘I attribute my weight gain to all the surgeries I’ve had done in the past two years as part of my transition alongside hormone therapy.’
Jessica explained: ‘The hormones retain a lot of body liquid and that makes me hungry all the time.’

As well as a diet of detox drinks, Jessica added that ‘body massages and therapy’ are also helping her recover, with the star already looking to her next bout of surgery.
‘My next surgeries will be another nose job and voice feminization. But for now I would like to enjoy the summer and take care of myself and my health,’ said Jessica.
After her weight rose to 16 stone in lockdown and doctors branded her obese, Jessica decided to undergo the operation at Turkey’s Mono Obesity Clinic yet admitted she was scared and concerned.

She told MailOnline: ‘This is more complex and health related. They’re cutting my stomach and I’ll be left with just 25% of my stomach. Hopefully after that I will start losing weight.’
Last month, after undergoing another breast enlargement, Jessica revealed she was considering the gastric bypass after gaining weight following her recent sex reassignment surgery, leaving her ‘suffering with her confidence’.
She admitted that she’s debating going under the knife to help with her weight as she revealed she’s ‘at 100 kilos’ and ‘can’t shift it’.

Having now taken the plunge, Jessica spoke to MailOnline from the Mono Clinic ahead of the operation, saying: ‘I did all the exams and my health is good they check everything – heart, breathing and blood tests – the doctor has performed like 3000 gastric sleeves.’
‘I have been diagnosed as obese as I weigh 16st [101kg] – i used to be 10-11st [65-70kg] – I am really huge but you can’t see it in pictures.’
Speaking about her results, she said: ‘After three months I will be able to see drastic results and just one a liquid diet and I’m not gonna feel hungry ever…
‘Obviously the biggest hunger will be removed from the stomach and when I’m thinner I’d like to be a glamour model and explore my femininity.’
Jessica revealed: ‘My next surgeries will be another nose job and voice feminization. But for now I would like to enjoy the summer and take care of myself and my health’
It comes after Jessica proudly flaunted the results of her latest procedure as she showcased her ‘massive’ new boobs in skimpy red lingerie.
Speaking with MailOnline, Jessica explained: ‘I went up to 1500cc they are massive but suits me so much better- I think that I will be a cup size H.’
While sharing her snap to Instagram, she penned: ‘Day 1 after my breast implants surgery at @beclinic_brussels by doctor Frank Plovier and I am feeling great no pain at all !!’
Jessica has been keeping fans updated with her latest surgery, taking to social media earlier in June to praise her surgeon’s work.
She penned: ‘Today was a very good and special day to me when I had my breast implants changed at @beclinic_brussels by the amazing Dr Frank Plovier.
‘My previous implants were far apart and too low, I could only use a push up bra which is very uncomfortable. My previous implants were 725cc and the new ones are 1500cc and it suits me so much better.
‘Dr Plovier is the master in breast surgeries woman from around the world comes here for it and I could not be in better hands. I am feeling so happy today!’
