Joe Wicks has become a dad for the third time after his wife Rosie gave birth at home.

The 36 year old excitingly announced the new arrival on Instagram, sharing adorable snaps of the himself and Rosie holding the newborn, and their older children meeting their sibling.

In the caption, he revealed the baby's gender, telling fans: "It’s a girl.

"Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool. Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who where there every step of the way. Time to rest now. Lots of love the Wicks family."

In the first picture, Joe can be seen holding the newborn while Rosie sits close by as they gaze down at their daughter.

Another snap shows the couple's eldest child, four year old Indie, beaming as she poses beside her dad and new sibling.

In another, Indie beams as she cuddles the hours-old baby, who is covered in a blanket and wearing a small hat.

Fans soon shared their joy in the comments section, with one writing: "Congratulations… she’s absolutely beautiful."

Another added: "Congratulations to you all what a lil beauty. Hope Mum & Baby are doing well."

Joe previously revealed Rosie had gone into labour and was preparing to give birth in a pool set up at their home.

Joe uploaded a photo the heavily pregnant model and captioned it:"Just amazes me that there is a human being growing in here.

"With a little brain, heart and lungs. The female body is just an incredible, magnificent creation isn't it.

"The ability to create new life. What is more beautiful and special than that."

The couple had previously shared a scan of their baby in March, during an Instagram Q&A.

When asked about their upcoming arrival, Joe said: "Yeah we can't wait. Due any day now. Got the home birth pool blown up. Crib is set up. Kids are excited. Here we go."

He also revealed that Rosie was planning to give birth at home.

He said: "I think it's fascinating and incredible what the woman's body is capable of during child birth. I love getting a good view."

"[I'll] Probably get in," he added.
