He’s been keeping the public fit and healthy with his daily online PE classes during the UK’s third national lockdown.
And Joe Wicks took the plunge on Sunday and submerged himself in an ice bath in his recent post.
The Body Coach, 34, lay in the icy 1.3C water in a post he shared with his 4million Instagram followers.

He closed his eyes as he lay submerged from the neck down in the baltic water which had ice cubes floating in it.
His signature curly hair was wet and slicked back as he pouted in the silver bathtub which sat outside.
Joe seemingly enjoyed the experience, saying that he had ‘never felt more alive’ in his life.
He was dressed in nothing but a pair of blue shorts as he ducked his body under the icy water.

His shoulders stuck out the water slightly but even they couldn’t escape the cold and ice cubes sat on his collarbones.
Ice baths have been said to have a number of health benefits, including helping sore muscles from workouts.
They are also said to be beneficial for your central nervous system by aiding sleep according to some research.
The fitness coach captioned the snap: ‘Just had my first ever ice water exposure in 1.3 degree C water. I’ve never felt more alive in my life. What an experience.

‘I’ll be posting a VLOG next week on YouTube with my interview with Wim, the breathing techniques I used and the full ice bath immersion. How long do you think I managed to stay in the water for?’

Joe shared a clip of the pair dancing along to Olly Murs’ Dance With Me Tonight and captioned it: ‘Indie joined me for a boogie today’.
The fitness expert, who is also father to son Marley, 13 months, also shared a snap of himself standing in a squat rack in the costume captioned: ‘FML’.
Joe appeared to have some difficulty dealing with the heat in the costume as he posted a snap of himself covered in sweat and wrote: ‘Dress up as a whoopee cushion and you are labelled a p**t’.
