Kanye West is reported to have confessed to cheating on Kim Kardashian to his inner circle.

The 44 year old rapper, who appeared to hint on his infidelity in a new song Hurricane, is said to have admitted to "sex with groupies" during conversations on his Saint Pablo Tour in 2016.

It's understood Kanye had more than one indiscretion and those on the payroll were aware.

An insider has claimed: "It was no secret among those who worked closely with Ye that he'd cheated after Saint was born.

"On his Saint Pablo Tour, he was flipping out in front of his team, confessing to sleeping with girls behind Kim's back.

"He even said he'd been f***ing groupies and went into insane detail about his sex sessions, it was very graphic, his language was unreal.

"Those who know him well, they were sitting head in hands and laughing nervously, while crew members who had just joined the tour were left stunned," they added to The Sun Online.

The source continued: "Nobody could believe what he was saying in front of everybody, it seemed he was having an episode and was very manic.

"He was later babbling nonsense and people were trying to calm him down and get him under control.

"It was actually heartbreaking to watch because it was clear he was in a very bad place and needed help."

OK! has reached out to representatives for Kim and Kanye for comment.

It has also been claimed Kanye was "a mess" during the 2016 tour and everyone felt sorry for Kim, but they also speculated she may have known about his antics.

The source added: "The way Kanye was blurting it all out, it didn't seem like he could keep it hidden from her for long.

"She clearly put up with a lot in their marriage and still stood by him until it was finally too much for her."

Kim and Kanye went on to welcome to more children, Chicago and Psalm, after the alleged infidelity.

The source added: "Kanye seemed like he'd turned a corner when he started focusing on religion more and didn't want to get involved in the groupie scene.

"It's probably going to be hard for Kim now he's confessed publicly in his music, and his kids will one day understand what those lyrics mean."

Earlier this year, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye after seven years of marriage.

Then in the build up to his Donda album release, rumours began to fly that the pair were reuniting after Kim made an appearance at one of Kanye's album parties in a wedding dress.

But, those rumours were soon put to bed as a source claimed the pair were still going ahead with their divorce.

They said: "They have come a long way since Kim filed for divorce.

"It's taken them months to get to this point. Kim is happy that they get along and that things are amicable."
