The reality star already has Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with ex-husband Peter Andre, 48, Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with former spouse Kieran Hayler, 33, and raises eldest child Harvey, 18, without his biological father Dwight Yorke, 49.
Her ‘announcement’ came just days after former stripper Kieran revealed he is also expecting his first child with fiancée Michelle Penticost, a week on from legally finalising their divorce.

Construction worker Kieran, meanwhile, recently said his baby with Michelle would ‘cement’ his family.
The TV star added: ‘It’s nice to bring families together, like Michelle and Valentino with me, Jett and Bunny. It will bring us together as a whole family and cements us forever.’
The brunette, who is mother to Valentino, 10, added to OK! Magazine: ‘We’re really excited to announce our news to the world. We found out in the last week of November.’
Katie was left ‘shocked’ after finding out the news, with a representative confirming: ‘She was not aware of the news until she was notified of today’s headlines.’

In August 2017, the author famously claimed Kieran had cheated on her for a third time with their nanny Nikki Brown, resulting in the breakdown of their union. They tied the knot in January 2013, before separating in May 2018.

But Katie said ‘realistically’ she is hoping to have another two children because her ‘age isn’t helping’ and having four Caesarean sections puts her at a higher risk of complications arising if she was to give birth by C-section again.
The television personality gave birth to her eldest son naturally but had Caesarean sections with her other four children.
Speaking of her hopes to have more children, she told The Sun: ‘If I could, I’d definitely like another four kids, I might be able to, but my age isn’t helping.
‘Realistically, I’m hoping to have another two, the next will be very special. I’m not pregnant yet, I’ve just put on lockdown weight. But I do want more babies. Mine are getting older so I need to keep replacing them!’
The former Page 3 star also spoke about her traumatic experience when she gave birth to Jett.
Katie said she could feel the doctor’s first incision and the ‘pressure of it’ because she hadn’t gone numb yet.
The Brighton native added what she went through was a ‘nightmare’ and has left her fearing about having another C-section again.
While there is usually no limit to the number of Caesareans that you can have, the more you have, the longer each operation will take, and the risk of complications increases.

It is still possible to give birth naturally even if you’ve had a C-section in the past.
The influencer previously insisted marriage, kids and purchasing a home are all part of her future plan with Carl, who she has been dating since July 2020.
She said in an Instagram Q&A: ‘I want to have as many [children] as my body can take. To have all these little woods running around are amazing creations.’
Their comments follow on from what a source told MailOnline about the next steps in their relationship.
The insider said: ‘She’s in a really great headspace at the moment, she’s so happy and she’s not drinking. Her manager is keeping her organised, she has a diary to keep track of her schedule.
‘Katie and Carl are really happy, they are a power couple. Carl is very supportive of Katie and they hope to have children in the future.’

While looking for the products, the teen pulled out the test and asked: ‘One thing, why is there an open pregnancy test? I brought it just to show you that it’s open.’
The mother-of-five had revealed she was in the very early stages of adopting a Nigerian orphan last year, but recently claimed she wouldn’t be permitted to take on the process due to her large family.
The My Crazy Life star told OK! magazine: ‘Definitely. I’d love to adopt, but because I’ve already got five children they probably wouldn’t allow it.
‘I went to a fertility doctor last year and they said because I’ve had four caesareans I’d need to try in the next couple of years.’

And just two months after altering the paths of their lives via those thumb-tapped fateful opening messages, the twosome would go on to exchange nuptials in the Caribbean. Kieran proposed to a thrilled Katie on Christmas Day 2012, and just three weeks later, the pair would be pronounced husband and wife in the idyllic shores of the Bahamas on January 16, 2013. They had their marriage blessed in Weston-super Mare, and in the months that followed, it appeared that Katie had finally found her happily ever after. They welcomed son Jett in August 2013, and daughter Bunny in August 2014. But Katie’s world came crashing down in 2014, when she discovered that Kieran had cheated on her with her close friend of 20 years, Jane Pountney, and was enjoying a fling with another of her pals, Chrissy Thomas.
