Katie accentuated her slender legs by slipping into a pair of pink leggings, while she boosted her height in Gucci wedge heels.

She kept safe amid the coronavirus crisis by wearing a face shield  as she made her way to the studio to film her interview on the show.

As she got ready to appear on the programme, Katie was seen taking a look at her phone, and her case was decorated with a picture of her and Carl.

During her appearance on the show, Katie admitted she was still ‘in pain every day’ after breaking both her feet last year during a holiday in Turkey.

She explained: ‘It’s a pain I just have to deal with. I’ve got painkillers but I don’t take them because then it’s another thing my body will rely on. I just try and cope without it, I know I’m going to be in pain forever…’

Katie went on: ‘Mentally, when you’re told you’ve got a life-changing injury, I’m told I can’t run again. I am going to be determined, the fact that they said that, I want to run the marathon next April…

‘I’d have to do a fast walk or something, I don’t want that to be taken away and I’ll do everything I can to do it.’

She went on: ‘I am in pain every day and it gets so aggravating. I get restless legs… Although I look fine and I’m getting on with stuff, I find being busy helps because it takes my mind off the pain.

‘I’ve proved I’m determined. To be told I’m in a wheelchair, told I can’t walk for 18 months, I’m already walking and it’s been nine months, because I’m determined. I don’t want to sit there.’

Earlier in the day, Katie appeared to be more loved-up than ever with her beau Carl Woods as they headed to the TV appearance.

She and Love Island star, 32, looked smitten as they held hands while making their way to the studios where the Channel 4 show is filmed.

Katie kept things casual as she donned an oversized black jumper over a pair of black shorts and matching jogging bottoms.

She stepped out in a pair of black trainers, and kept her personal items in a Louis Vuitton handbag that appeared to be stuffed with clothes – potentially for her appearance on the show.

Kate styled her blonde locks into a sleek, straight style, and wore a light palette of make-up for the occasion.

Carl, meanwhile, looked relaxed in a black hoodie that he teamed with light-wash jeans and grey trainers.

On Tuesday, Katie revealed her eldest children have issued an ultimatum, where they’ll cut her off if she ever takes cocaine again.

The TV personality had to check herself into the Priory in 2018 for PTSD, after a video emerged of her rapping about cocaine use while on a hen do in Majorca.

Now sober and loved-up with boyfriend Carl, the mother-of-five vowed she would never take the drug again because she wouldn’t want to do anything to damage her relationship with her children.

Katie is mum to Harvey, 18, Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, Jett, seven, and Bunny, six.

Speaking about her lowest point, she told The Sun: ‘My kids thought I had lost the plot and was partying, they didn’t realise it was me breaking down trying to block things out – they needed to know the truth.

‘All the kids say that I am so much better now. But they say, “mum if you ever get back to how you were, we are never going to speak to you again”.’

Back to her best: She said: ‘All the kids say that I am so much better now. But they say, “mum if you ever get back to how you were, we are never going to speak to you again”‘

Katie continued: ‘Junior didn’t understand at the time but he looks back and says he feels bad because he realises more about mental health and what I was going through. He says he wishes he could have spoken up.’

The television personality said she had a frank discussion with her son about why she took the Class A drug during the height of her depression and told him ‘I couldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel’.

Katie visited The Priory in September 2018 and spent 28 days in the facility after her family urged her to seek help following wild partying antics in Mallorca and a turbulent year in which she was arrested for drink-driving.

At the time, she was confronted by her loved ones after shocking footage emerged of her rapping ‘I love coke’ during a booze-fuelled hen do.

Katie broke down after the intervention and admitted she needed help to get over her chaotic behaviour, which she blamed on her PTSD.

She previously said on Loose Women: ‘It was what I went through at the beginning of the year, they told me mum was dying, my dog got run over and killed on my drive, my horse was killed outside my house, I had a kidnap threat against Harvey, my ex-husband cheated again, hijack and held at gun point in South Africa, imagine all of that and having a divorce.’

The reality star has sworn off cocaine for good and said she ‘just couldn’t do it’ to her children.

In December, Katie spent her first Christmas sober after admitting that she didn’t think about having a drink during the festive celebration with boyfriend Carl, 31, quitting booze in solidarity.

The reality star said that it makes her ‘sick’ thinking back on her past decisions and that seeking professional help and becoming an inpatient at The Priory was the ‘best thing she’s ever done’.

Katie bravely told The Sun that she got to ‘breaking point’ where she felt she ‘couldn’t cope’, but thankfully had a wake-up call and put herself into rehab.

The mother-of-five said that there is now no alcohol in her house at all and proudly admitted that she didn’t think about having a drink on Christmas day this year.

Steph’s Packed Lunch airs weekdays at 12.30pm on Channel 4.
