Katie Price’s fiancé Carl Woods gives fans a tour of their enormous Portuguese villa – complete with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sprawling grounds – as they continue to enjoy luxury holiday

Katie Price and her fiancé Carl Woods have spent the last few days lapping up the sunshine in Portugal, with car dealer Carl even giving his Instagram followers a tour of their lavish villa on Thursday.

Sharing a clip of the holiday rental’s grounds on Instagram, Carl, 31, said: ‘Good morning. Look at this place. Unreal,’ as he revealed the sprawling property boasts not just a swimming pool, but also a jacuzzi alongside a BBQ and an impressive sun lounge area nestled under lavish greenery.

Also on show in Carl’s clip were outdoor showers, winding paved pathways, a pool house and neatly trimmed lawns.

A look around: Car dealer Carl even giving his Instagram followers a tour of their lavish villa on Thursday and couldn’t help but gush about the property 

The villa itself boasted beautiful terracotta detailing, interlinking staircases and plenty of areas to unwind – including balconies and seating areas.

Pretty palm trees were dotted around the grounds, and rooms boasted quaint white windows with shutters.

The property also featured a large garage and striking architectural detailing.

The couple were among the first stars to jump on a bargain flight to Portugal after the UK government began to lift Covid restrictions, jetting off in search of sunshine on Monday with two friends, one of whom revealed in a snap that the group were staying near Algarve’s Quinta do Lago resort.

Both Katie and Carl shared plenty of sun-drenched snaps with their social media followers, revealing they were down at the pool straight away, basking in the 28 degree heat before getting glammed up to hit the town.

While en route to dinner and drinks, the duo larked around on a clifftop, with Carl even pretending to push Katie off it.

The former glamour model posed for a snap against the stunning backdrop, the beach and ocean stretching out below, wearing a little black dress.

Carl, however, asked her to keep stepping back for the shot, joking about her walking off the cliff.

Cottoning on, Katie exclaimed: ‘Oi! You’re trying to get rid of me!? It takes a lot longer to get rid of me!’

The pair looked to be more than relieved to finally be lapping up some sunshine.

Carl filmed them taking a stroll, laughing together, also filming himself enjoying some alone time in the garden of their villa, sipping on a cold beer.

He told his followers that he enjoys alone time to clear his mind and admitted it was one of the only times he doesn’t mind Katie taking a long time to get dolled up.

Katie was thrilled to be away and told followers she was sorry the UK is rainy at the moment but that she was loving the sunshine abroad.

Katie and Carl shared a video of their arrival on Monday and a response to a news report, in which he revealed their flights cost £7.

Katie and Carl were clearly keen to get away as she posted the selfie showing them both on what appeared to be a busy Ryanair flight to Portugal.

She penned a caption: ‘Yesss finally Carl Woods a gorgeous break!’

On Sunday evening, thousands of people queued across the UK to enjoy a drink with friends inside pubs and bars after midnight, while this morning around 20 flights took off for Portugal as holidays became legal again.

People enjoyed a pint and a meal inside for the first time in almost six months. Theatres, cinemas, galleries, museums and other tourist attractions can also open their doors again.

These venues are expected to be even busier this week because heavy showers and gales are forecast for at least the next ten days, with some areas soaked with a month’s worth of rain in the past week.
