Too good to be true? On her POOSH website the 43-year-old wife of drummer Travis Barker enlisted the help of trainer Lindsey Harrod to show fans how to get a good exercise session in under 10 minutes; seen in a Lemme ad from this month

‘The workout is a bodyweight nine-minute non-stop core workout that can be done anytime, anywhere and is guaranteed to light your core up,’ Lindsey explained.

On POOSH, it reads: ‘We tapped pro-athlete and trainer Lindsey Harrod to share a super effective quickie workout you can do from anywhere, so you can easily keep the blood flowin’ and the abs poppin’ even from your parents’ house.

‘Or cabin in the woods. Or grandma’s basement. Or Hawaii … wherever your holiday travels take you!’

The site instructed fans to do each exercise for 60 seconds. Then the moves were broken down.

‘Bring your elbow to meet your knee. Then, straighten that leg back out before switching sides for an extra-spicy bicycle,’ it was shared.

‘Reach your arms and legs long to stretch. Then, reach up and bring one knee into tabletop position, clasping your hand behind each knee before alternating sides. Then, bring both knees in, clasping your hands behind them.

‘Immediately come into a high plank. Bring your right knee to your right elbow, stretch it out long behind you (don’t let your foot touch the floor!) and bring your knee to the center.

‘Stretch it out long once more, and bring it to your left elbow across the body. Set the foot down, and alternate sides.

‘Pull your hips back, and sink into a child’s pose for a quick recovery before completing three more rounds to complete your 9-minute, quickie burner.’

Last month the Keeping Up With The Kardashian vet shared her tips on her wellness website POOSH for how to start her day right.

Turns out the college graduate has a pretty complex breakfast that takes some effort to put together.

In other words, it’s not a coffee and pastry from Starbucks.

The siren said she likes to have Sweet Strawberry Overnight Oats and a cup of homemade Matcha.

‘Starting the day with a yummy breakfast that has major health and beauty benefits?’ it says on POOSH.

‘That’s what we call living our best lives.

‘This easy-to-make Sweet Strawberry Overnight Oats recipe from Nikki Kovacs of My Sweet Belly is filled with nourishing ingredients like sunflower butter and chia seeds, which are full of healthy fats, and pearl powder, which helps promote glowing skin and collagen production,’ it was added.

Agave provides a touch of sweetness and helps minimize blood sugar spikes. For a sugar-free sweetener option, try monk fruit maple syrup.

‘Monk fruit sugar is derived from the monk fruit in Asia. The molecule is too large to be absorbed in our bloodstream, making it a safe sweetener option for people susceptible to blood sugar spikes or those with diabetes.

The siren also posted on her Insta Stories on Thursday that this week she enjoyed gluten free and vegan cinnamon toast as she shared a photo of the treat.

Last year she shared on her site POOSH that it takes discipline to make smart choices while at a restaurant as others indulge in French fries and cheeseburgers.

The TV star – who has said she is 120lbs at just 5ft1in – shared her tips for staying trim even when at some of the best restaurants like Nobu and Il Pastaio.

‘When I go to a restaurant, and if I’m really trying to be good, the hardest part is ordering the food,’ she said on her site.

‘Once it comes, you’re going to be happy with it. Even if you order vegetable soup, it’s still going to taste good once it comes.

‘Obviously, you’d rather order the French fries and a burger, but it’s just about making the wise order, and once it arrives, you’re going to be fine,’ Kourt explained.

Eating choices: Kourtney eating a burger as she talked to her site POOSH in 2021 about skipping calories when dining out

POOSH added, ‘If you’re out to eat, do your best to use self-control and order a healthy option off the menu.

‘You’ll feel so much better post-dinner, and you’ll most likely save money by avoiding over-ordering.’

That said year she shared on Instagram what she drinks to keep her youthful glow.

‘First thing in the morning, before I eat or drink anything else… our Blueberry Lemon Collagen Vibes,’ she wrote.

The Vital Proteins x POOSH mix has several ingredients.

The first listed is bovine collagen which ‘helps support skin elasticity and moisture’ and give a ‘youthful appearance’ as well as support for hair and nail strength.

Also in the mix is Vitamin C which helps promote collagen production and ‘boost glowing skin.’

Hyaluronic Acid ‘helps support skin hydration,’ she added.

That same day she discussed on POOSH what she eats in a day.

The article begins: ‘Kourtney has gone (mostly, like 95%) vegan when it comes to her diet. From keto to intermittent fasting, she’s no stranger to adjusting her meals to live a healthier lifestyle. She’s been easing into it for the past six to seven months with no meat (and the occasional butter and honey).

‘Since she’s leaning into a plant-based diet (which she’s also passionate about given the environmental impacts that eating less meat has on the planet), we wanted to share a peek inside her daily plate.

If you’re thinking about becoming vegan, you can make the shift in small waves if that’s easier for you, it was also shared. ‘Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and increase from there. Kourt admits when she first started, she couldn’t resist and had a baked crab handroll while at dinner during the first few weeks.’

Her elixir: The Calabasas, California native broke down her vegan diet on her POOSH page

It’s all about balance and finding how and when you’re comfortable with incorporating the changes into your lifestyle,’ the writer also noted.

‘From breakfast and lunch at home to eating out at one of her staple restaurants, here’s what Kourt typically eats in a day, the vegan edition,’ it was stated.

Morning options are either her signature avocado shake or banana smoothie. She subs vegan protein powders.

‘Blueberry bagel (this one is from Yeastie Boys in L.A.) smothered with peanut butter and jelly. Acai bowl (either one at home similar to this recipe or an option from one of her local spots).’

On treat days she has vegan chicken and waffles from Crossroads.

Midday snacks are Pickles and tangerines, Mind Right bars (the peanut butter flavor is her favorite).

Lunch is Zoodles (minus the turkey bacon), Sourdough bread with vegan butter and topped with pickles. Plus, a side of tangerines. Other options are plant-based tacos, vegan sushi at Nobu. ‘She likes to order crispy rice with avocado, edamame, and an avocado roll.’
