Meanwhile, in a YouTube video over the weekend Kylie shocked viewers by revealing that she spends 3.5 hours a day sitting in the makeup chair.

The subject came up in the video when Kylie asked her makeup artist Ariel Tejada about his favorite and least favorite aspects of his job with her.

My favorite thing about working with you is that you always make it a fun environment,’ he said, telling the audience: ‘Like she’s created such a beautiful family within all of us. When he got to his ‘least favorite part…’ he trailed off with a slightly nervous giggle until Kylie finished his sentence: ‘That I don’t give you my full attention sometimes?’
Ariel agreed with her and noted that she was ‘always on your phone’ to the point that she misses his instructions when he tells her which way to look.

Kylie defended her cellphone fixation: ‘First of all, I work on my phone all day, and then the only way I’m gonna get through three and a half hours of makeup with you is if I entertain myself a little.’
When asked about her own favorite and least favorite parts of the process, she once again brought up the length of her glam routine as ‘probably’ the worst bit.
‘But at the end I’m happy. You know it’s – every second is worth it but he takes forever. He takes forever,’ she said as he laughed.
‘First of all, I work on my phone all day, and then the only way I’m gonna get through three and a half hours of makeup with you is if I entertain myself a little,’ she said
