Lauren wrapped up in a padded black jacket, which was layered over a jumper and wide-legged trousers with trainers.

The reality personality appeared to go make-up free for her outing, while she wore her brunette locks swept back off her face into a ponytail.

Despite also claiming she ‘doesn’t believe in masks’, Lauren appeared to be following guidelines as she carried a blue mask in her hand on the trip.

She was joined by her boyfriend Charles Drury, 23, who could be seen getting out of the lavish vehicle with his girlfriend.

Lauren was condemned for her anti-vaxxer views on Tuesday, despite scientists saying vaccination is the best hope for beating COVID-19.

She also claimed she ‘doesn’t believe’ in face masks and likened the virus to a cold.

Speaking on Wednesday’s Good Morning Britain, an incensed Piers questioned how Lauren could refuse the vaccine but inject herself with fillers – before imploring the public ‘not to listen to these imbeciles’.

He said: ‘Lauren Goodger, who I’m informed is a TOWIE babe, has gone public having a go about the Covid vaccine on the day we discovered a million people in this country have the virus and we’re obviously in a desperate situation.

‘She said she’s terrified of the vaccine and has already had Covid and didn’t die, so obviously it’s not a problem.

‘She said I don’t like taking medicine or antibiotics. Lauren said: ‘I’m more scared of the vaccine than I am the virus’… really?’

‘She said: ‘I don’t like taking medicine, I won’t take antibiotics but I do do aesthetics’… what?’

‘Here’s a picture of Lauren Goodger. What do you think she’s been shoving in her face?

‘Where does that come from, Lauren? What have you been injecting into those lips? Did you check where it came from or check what it is?

‘These people are absolute half-wits. They’re quarter-wits. They are getting attention on social media. They are already giving their views to millions of impressionable people and they’re not getting challenged.

‘Imbecile’: Speaking on Wednesday’s Good Morning Britain, an incensed Piers questioned how Lauren could refuse the vaccine but inject herself with fillers

‘My point is these reality stars are stuffing their faces with plastic fillings, surgery and injections and so on and then banging on about vaccines.

‘It’s ridiculous. Do not listen to these imbeciles. It will cost lives.

It’s got to stop. They are wielding a really unhealthy noise to this debate which will deter young people from taking this serious.

‘I look at her face. She has put loads of stuff in those lips. She could probably afford to take a risk with a vaccine, which has been approved.’

His co-host Susanna Reid added: ‘Let’s not give them a platform.’

Piers fumed: ‘Here’s a picture of Lauren Goodger. What do you think she’s been shoving in her face? ‘Where does that come from, Lauren? What have you been injecting into those lips?’

Vaccinating the population is crucial to ending the coronavirus pandemic because inoculated people will not become ill or die from the virus, reducing the strain on the health service and allowing social distancing restrictions to be lifted.

It is also hoped that the vaccines will stop inoculated people from the transmitting the virus, but this as not been proven yet.

Both the Pfizer vaccine and the Oxford vaccine have been ruled safe by UK regulators after tens of thousands of people took part in clinical trials, more than a hundred thousand across both injections, without any ill effects.

It comes just a day after the Prime Minister Boris Johnson plunged the country into a third lockdown in a desperate attempt to control the new mutant coronavirus.

Following Lauren’s comments, social media users slammed the reality star, who has been open about her use of filler and botox, for making the claims.

One user wrote: ‘Doesn’t like taking medicines but yet she’s happy to fill her face with botox and fillers?!?’

Announcement: The reality star (pictured wearing a mask in July) confirmed that she would not take the groundbreaking vaccine despite medical approval

While another commented: ‘Lauren Goodger won’t get a jab but you’re clearly not scared of a cannula’

And another added: ‘God bless Lauren Goodger for giving up her time to give people the vaccine.’

Elsewhere another wrote: ‘Lauren Goodger has me screaming! Has had a load of plastic surgery but afraid of a Covid vaccine. Give over love!’

Explaining her reason for refusing the medically-endorsed vaccine, Lauren previously said: ‘I am more scared of the vaccine than I am of the virus. I will start imagining that I am dying. I am terrified. I don’t like taking medicine. I don’t like taking antibiotics.’

Lauren, who has been open about her use of filler and botox, admitted: ‘OK, I do do aesthetics and even now I am still nervous of that – I am like that in general’, reports the Daily Star.

‘Even with a facial I want to know what is in it. That is my anxiety over the years.’

He added: ‘My point is these reality stars are stuffing their faces with plastic fillings, surgery and injections and so on and then banging on about vaccines. It’s ridiculous. Do not listen to these imbeciles. It will cost lives’

Lauren added: ‘I just feel that it hasn’t been around long enough and we don’t know enough about it.

‘I think I have had Covid and if I was to get ill I would treat it how I would treat it. I didn’t die from it. It is like getting it a cold. I wouldn’t get the flu jab either.

‘I don’t want to inject myself with something I don’t know the longterm effects.

‘I have heard all the different things that are in it and I think I have had Covid already and I have coped with it.’

Social media users slammed the reality star for the comments and drew attention to her use of botox and fillers

Lauren insisted that she believed everyone should do what they felt was right, and said: ‘I am not going to say you should not have it. Each to their own. Good luck. That is my personal opinion though.

‘At the end of the day I am not going to talk about it as I know what I know. You can catch a cold, you can catch anything.’

The reality personality then went on to discuss her opinion on masks, which were introduced to try and halt the spread of coronavirus.

Face masks are mandatory in indoor public spaces including shops as well as on transport, unless exempt on medical grounds.

She said: ‘I don’t believe in masks – I am not going to get into the subject.

‘When I have a mask on and I walk I can’t wear one as I get into a panic.

‘I do have an exempt card but I don’t use it as it is a bit muggy.’

Lauren flew to Corfu late last year, shortly before London and the South East were plunged into Tier 4 restrictions, to promote her tanning brand.

Now back home, Lauren has been holed up at her Essex home with her toyboy boyfriend Charles Drury, 23.

Lauren rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex while in a 12-year relationship with ex-boyfriend Mark Wright, and has since dated jailbirds Jake McLean and Joey Morrison.
