Louisa Lytton, 32, has revealed she is pregnant in a social media post in honour of Mother’s Day.

The EastEnders actress shared a video of herself opening a letter, which shared the news that she was expecting her first child with fiancé Ben Bhavra.

Opening the envelope which read: “To mum,” Louisa unveiled a piece of paper in view of her 196,000 Instagram followers that said: “Just a little note to say.”

She then lifted the piece of paper, which said: “There’s a baby on the way!”

Fans could then see the expectant parents preparing for their baby’s arrival.

Ben is seen reading pregnancy books while their pet dog wears a neckerchief, branded with the words: “My parents are getting me a human.”

Louisa then wrote in the caption of the post:  “Dear Mum,

“If I am a fraction of the mother you are, I know I’ll be the best.

“You have held my hand for 32 years, you have taught me right from wrong, corrected my spelling, and helped me see the light at the end of every single tunnel.

“And now you will guide me to becoming a mummy. (Just try not to move yourself in or Ben might leave)

“Happy Mother’s Day All, to those that are here, that are not with us in person but with us every moment and to those on a journey. L xx.”
