Megan McKenna has been pictured out and about in Essex as she popped to her local supermarket to do an essential food shop.

Megan wore a black protective face mask and had her hair tied up in a ponytail and out of her face.

She opted for a no make-up look and carried her food shopping back to her car on Friday, before driving off.

The former TOWIE star's sighting comes after she opened up about being glad she didn't follow through with a boob job.

Megan said she was "obsessed" with the idea of having bigger boobs when she was younger but hasn't looked back since not getting them done.

While taking part in an Instagram Q&A, the X Factor star was asked if she would consider going under the knife to get her breasts enlarged in the future.

Alongside a mirror selfie, she responded: "Never. I love my boobs."

Megan, who looked different in a resurfaced TOWIE clip, continued: "When I was in my early 20s I was planning to fly to Australia to get my breasts enlarged, I was so obsessed with what other girls looked like in bikinis I wanted mine more full.

"Something stopped me. I am SO glad I didn't have them done, as fashion changes.

"Small boobs for me are perfect. Learn to love yourself," she concluded on a positive note.
