NCIS fans will know Michael Weatherly, 52, best as special agent Tony DiNozzo in the long-running crime drama. Fans loved his on-screen relationship with Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) in the show. However, some will be wondering whether he has any children himself outside of the series.

Does NCIS star Michael Weatherly have children?

In NCIS, Tony and Ziva had a rollercoaster relationship, beginning out as colleagues with a testy dynamic.

However, romance later blossomed and the pair then had a child together in the show.

The last viewers heard about them, they had been reunited in Paris after Ziva’s dramatic return in season 17.

Outside of the show, Michael personal life is not as dramatic as his character’s storylines.

Although, much like Tony, the actor does have children.

He has been married several times and has three kids in total from his past relationships.

The actor first wed his Loving co-star Amelia Heinle in February 1995.

They had a son named August in 1996 before divorcing in 1997.

August Weatherly is now 25-years-old but tends to keep away from the spotlight.

However, he does feature sometimes on his mother’s Instagram page.

Michael was also engaged to Jessica Alba in 2001 after they met filming Dark Angel.

However, this ended in 2003 before the pair had wed.

Since 2009, Michael has been married to internist Dr Bojana Jankovic.

They currently live in Manhattan together with two children, daughter Olivia, nine, and son Liam, eight.

Speaking to People magazine back in 2016, Michael opened up about wanting to spend more time with his children following his exit from NCIS.

He said: “The kids are very excited to have me around, mostly because I’m wrapped around their little fingers.

“I’m just a sucker and I’m trying very hard to be an authority dad.

“As a lot of working parents know when you’re not around a lot and then you’re with your kids, it’s very hard to just come in and be the strict one because then you’re just an a******.

“But you don’t want to be too soft.”

Since Michael left NCIS back in 2016, he’s been keeping busy with his CBS series Bull.

He plays the title character in the show, which is currently in its fifth season.

NCIS airs on CBS on Tuesday evenings.
