Millie Mackintosh may seem like she’s totally nailing parenting and pregnancy, but the mum-of-one admits she’s had to accept it is not possible to keep all the plates spinning anymore.

“You can’t do it all, all the time. The juggle is real!” says Millie, who’s now in the third trimester of her second pregnancy.

"It’s hard to balance being a mum, a wife, socialising and working,” she tells new. “I’ve realised it’s not possible to do it all and that’s OK,” she adds.

The former Made in Chelsea regular reveals that having good support from friends and family has saved her. “If you want to keep your sanity, ask for help,” she tells us.

And although the 32-year-old admits that this pregnancy is easier than her first, she is still having some discomfort. “With Sienna now running around, I’m more mobile this time, which isn’t always the best for my pelvic pain.” Ouch!

While she’s too young to understand exactly what’s going on, Sienna – her one-year-old daughter with husband Hugo Taylor – is obviously looking forward to meeting her sibling.

“She knows something is growing in my tummy and she likes to rest her head on me and stroke my bump, which is really cute,” Millie explains.

And when it comes to dressing her bump, Millie, who’s supporting TK Maxx’s Give Up Clothes For Good campaign, says she’s been “leaning more towards comfort or anything floaty and stretchy”.

The star says she “jumped at the chance” to get involved with the “amazing” clothes campaign, which is helping to raise money for Children’s Cancer Research Children & Young People.

She told us: “As a mother, the admiration that I have for a family dealing with children’s cancer is so much more connected now.

"Any support that can help cancer research is hugely important.”

Finally, given that she’s already been a favourite on one reality TV show, we ask Millie if she’d ever consider letting the cameras into her home again.

“I’m a believer in never say never,” she says. We’ll keep our fingers crossed, Millie!
