Molly Smith looked ravishing as she posed in a tiny bikini in an Instagram which showed off her new boob job as she continued her holiday in Mexico.

The Love Island star, 27, looked sensational in the image which saw her wear a brown stripy triangle bikini top with a matching sarong.  

Posing on an idyllic looking beach, she had her hand in her blonde locks which blew in the breeze.

Molly has previously spoken out about her cosmetic surgery, after she admitted that she had been trolled over the size of her breasts.

Molly – who previously vowed not to have surgery – went under the knife last month at Transform Hospital Group. 

Last year, Molly told her followers she had never gone through surgery and said: ‘I’ve never had any surgery or cosmetic surgery or anything. Nothing against those who, I just personally don’t want it.’

The social media influencer is most known for her appearance on the winter series of Love Island.

She has been with Callum since they met on the show back in January 2020. 

Molly entered the show as a Casa Amor bombshell and turned Callum’s head from his former flame Shaughna Phillips.

Callum was an original Islander and had been coupled up with Shaughna from the beginning, before switching his affections to Molly.
