Nadia Bartel has been seen for the first time since a video of her snorting ‘cocaine’ at a party during lockdown last week was sensationally leaked online.

On Monday, the AFL WAG, 36, and three other women were issued with Penalty Infringement Notices following the illegal gathering in Melbourne on Thursday evening.

Nadia, who has been in hiding since Friday, was spotted on Tuesday as she visited her ex-husband Jimmy’s home in Melbourne to pick up their two sons Aston, five, and Henley, two.

Dressed in black activewear, the embattled influencer cut a forlorn figure as she approached Jimmy’s home and knocked on the door, only to be left waiting on the porch for five minutes.

After he failed to immediately answer, she began pacing up and down the front of Jimmy’s property, keeping her arms crossed and staring at the ground.

Jimmy, 37, eventually appeared at the door with his sons and greeted Nadia politely.

Henley and Aston had spent the weekend with the former AFL star so they could celebrate Father’s Day together.

According to onlookers, Nadia shared a brief yet well-mannered conversation as she swept Henley into her arms and took Aston’s hand.

Geelong Cats champion Jimmy smiled and waved to the boys as they departed with their mother.

The couple share custody of their two sons.

It’s the first time Nadia has been seen setting foot outside her home since the socialite was fined for breaking Melbourne’s strict lockdown last week.

On Monday, Nadia and three other women were issued with Penalty Infringement Notices following an illegal gathering in Melbourne last Thursday evening.

Each woman was fined $5,452, but a fifth woman was not charged because she was ‘complying with employment restrictions’, Victoria Police said on Monday.

Police are also investigating possible drug offences after Nadia was recorded at the party snorting white powder, believed to be cocaine.

‘Four women have been issued with Penalty Infringement Notices following a gathering at a Richmond address in contravention of the Chief Health Officer’s restrictions,’ a Victoria Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia.

‘The incident occurred at a private address on Thursday, September 2, at 4pm.

‘A 36-year-old Windsor woman, a 32-year-old Richmond woman, a 33-year-old Pascoe Vale woman and a 35-year-old Strathmore woman have all been issued with a Penalty Infringement Notice for failing to comply with requirements in relation to a private or public gathering.

‘The monetary penalty for each Penalty Infringement Notice is $5,452.

‘Enquiries into possible drug offences are ongoing.’

Nadia has apologised for flouting Melbourne’s lockdown by hosting the illegal gathering at which she snorted a line of white powder.

She wrote on Instagram on Friday evening: ‘Hi everyone, I have let you all down by my actions. I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future.

‘To my family and friends, my business partners and the public health workers trying to keep us all safe, I am embarrassed and remorseful.

‘I am truly and deeply sorry. I hope I can earn your forgiveness and, in time, your trust.’

She was recorded snorting the powder off a $1.50 Kmart plate in a video mistakenly shared to Instagram by her friend and business partner Ellie Pearson.

Pearson had meant to send the video to her sister, but due to a cracked phone screen posted it on social media by accident and didn’t delete it until 10 minutes later.

But that was enough time for one of Nadia’s ‘frenemies’ – an enemy who falsely poses as a friend – to download it and send the damning footage to media outlets.

In the aftermath of the scandal, Nadia was dropped by one of her sponsors, vitamin brand JSHealth, for ‘not sharing the company’s values’.

She has also faced trolling on social media, partly for flouting the lockdown but also for snorting the powder off a cheap Kmart plate.

Private and public gatherings are not permitted in Melbourne, where Nadia lives, under Victoria’s Covid restrictions.

Premier Daniel Andrews had warned during his daily Covid-19 briefing on Sunday that Nadia would receive no special treatment.

He compared the gathering to the infamous illegal engagement party held in North Caulfield last month, where police issued more than $300,000 in fines to the guests.

‘My understanding that that matter would be treated no differently to the engagement party,’ he told reporters.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews had warned during his daily Covid-19 briefing on Sunday that Bartel would receive no special treatment

‘A number of people were doing the wrong thing.

‘It wasn’t a matter of breaching confidences and calling into question whether people tell us truth when they are contact tracing, and that is worth much more than any fine we might give out.

‘This video is no different to the engagement party as it’s out there in the public domain and it would be anticipated that every single person at that house will be getting a $5,542 fine.

‘These really are decisions for the Chief Commissioner, but I would be absolutely certain he would want the law applied equally, regardless of whether you used to be related to a footballer.’

He added it was ‘everybody’s business’ and had an absolute expectation that people should be treated equally.

‘Otherwise it wouldn’t be fair, would it?’ Mr Andrews said.

‘For those people at that engagement party who have all been issued, as I understand it, except for the kids, they have all been issued with a $5,542 fine.’

‘I have let you all down by my actions. I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future,’ Nadia wrote in an apology on Friday

He also criticised Nadia’s father, Tony Coppolino, who was seen visiting his daughter at her home on Friday when Victoria recorded 208 coronavirus cases, the highest daily number in a year.

‘I also see on social media other people potentially visiting that house. No visits means no visits,’ Mr Andrews said.

Nadia has meanwhile been dumped by a two brands in the wake of her viral video scandal.

Nadia has been dumped by hair and beauty company Hairhouse Australia in the wake of her viral video scandal

On Monday, Hairhouse Australia, a haircare and beauty company, has confirmed that they are no longer working with Nadia.

In a statement shared to Daily Mail Australia, a spokesperson for Hairhouse Australia said: ‘We can confirm that our contract with Nadia Bartel was a one-off campaign and has expired.’

Earlier on Monday, the So Dramatic Instagram account shared a statement from Hairhouse Australia that said their ‘partnership with Nadia has come to an end’.

The statement went on: ‘As a result of Nadia’s actions, we have removed all affiliation with Nadia as an ambassador for Hairhouse’.

Nadia had last promoted the company on her Instagram on July 18, filming a hair tutorial video in a paid partnership.

On Sunday, JSHealth, a company who sell vitamins and supplements and are popular in Instagram circles, also dumped Nadia as an ambassador after she had previously endorsed the brand on her social media.

However, in a post shared to JSHealth founder Jessica Sepel’s Instagram page on Sunday, the vitamin merchant went out of her way not to call Nadia by name – instead bizarrely referring to her as ‘this individual’.

Sepel wrote: ‘Today I’ve had to make a hard decision as the founder and face of my brand, and let go of a brand endorser. I have to stand for what’s right.

‘We are a health brand who is very serious about aligning with individuals who share the same values.’

Nadia had previously promoted the trendy vitamin and wellness company, having spruiked the brand as recently as on August 4.
