Nelly is hoping to sell one of his properties, which he originally planned to flip, but has sat vacant for almost two decades.
The 46-year-old rapper has placed his mansion in Wildwood, Missouri, with breathtaking views of the woodlands surrounding the Meramec River, on the market for $599,000, according to TMZ.
The performer’s sizable six-bedroom, seven-bath estate sits on almost twelve acres of land and features an outdoor basketball court as well as separate game and media rooms.

However, the planned modifications were never actually done as intended and the house has remained in a state of disrepair for many years.
The publication also reported that Nelly simply wants to cut his losses and move on from the investment.
The property lies just off of a sparsely populated portion of land roughly thirty miles outside of St. Louis and just minutes away from the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in the nearby city of Eureka.

The mansion’s foyer features multiple arched walkways towards other rooms in the property and boasts impressive marble tile flooring.
